## Pricing

from $0.50 / 1,000 saved products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Shopify Products & Variants Scraper

Export public Shopify storefront products with every published variant nested under its parent product. Use the result to compare catalogs, monitor public pricing and availability, or build a product research table.

Enter one to ten store home URLs. An optional collection path narrows the feed to one collection on each store. A row is **one parent product**, regardless of its variant count.

### Quick start

```json
{
  "storeUrls": ["https://colourpop.com"],
  "collection": "/collections/new-arrivals",
  "maxProductsPerStore": 2,
  "maxPagesPerStore": 2
}
```

The dataset contains product ID, store URL, title, handle, vendor, type, tags, plain text description, product URL, image URLs, and variants. Each variant has ID, title, SKU, price, compare-at price, currency when known, and the storefront's published availability.

Selected fields from a ColourPop result:

```json
{
  "id": "7649558134866",
  "store_url": "https://colourpop.com",
  "title": "Cloud Whip Lip Liner Collection",
  "product_url": "https://colourpop.com/products/cloud-whip-blurring-lip-liner-vault",
  "variants": [{
    "id": "42648339185746",
    "title": "Default Title",
    "sku": "Bundle-CloudWhipLipLinerCollection",
    "price": "64.00",
    "compare_at_price": null,
    "currency": null,
    "available": true
  }]
}
```

Public price strings keep their decimal precision. When the storefront does not declare a currency, `currency` is `null`. Availability reflects the storefront's published status; it does not represent an exact stock count.

### Coverage and limits

This supports Shopify storefront catalogs and collections that expose product data without a login. Password-protected stores and stores that do not expose public product data are outside its scope. It does not access admin data, log in, change a cart, or probe inventory.

The default is 10 parent products and 10 feed pages per store. You can request up to 5,000 products and 100 pages per store; each page requests up to 50 products. The Actor stops at the selected product limit, page limit, request/time budget, or spending limit. Large feeds may be partial. A repeated feed page is stopped to prevent duplicates. Product IDs are deduplicated per store.

The `OUTPUT` summary reports fetched, saved and skipped products, page count, errors and the reason a run stopped. Store errors may leave partial dataset rows; check the summary before using them. Invalid product entries are skipped and counted.

Each saved dataset row is **one parent product, with its variants included**. Check the Actor's current pricing before running.

# Actor input Schema

## `storeUrls` (type: `array`):

1–10 public HTTPS Shopify storefront home URLs, without a product path or query. The store must expose its anonymous products.json feed.

## `collection` (type: `string`):

A /collections/<handle> path applied to each store. A full collection URL is accepted for one store. Leave blank for the public store catalog.

## `maxProductsPerStore` (type: `integer`):

Parent products saved per store, including all variants nested in each row. Start with 10 for a small sample.

## `maxPagesPerStore` (type: `integer`):

Up to 50 products are requested per page. This bound may leave large catalogs partial.

## `requestTimeoutSeconds` (type: `integer`):

Wait up to this many seconds for each public storefront response.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "storeUrls": [
    "https://colourpop.com"
  ],
  "collection": "",
  "maxProductsPerStore": 10,
  "maxPagesPerStore": 10,
  "requestTimeoutSeconds": 12
}
```

## `results` (type: `string`):

## `summary` (type: `string`):

# API

You can run this Actor programmatically using our API. Below are code examples in JavaScript, Python, and CLI, as well as the OpenAPI specification and MCP server setup.

## JavaScript example

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
// Initialize the ApifyClient with your Apify API token
// Replace the '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>' with your token
const client = new ApifyClient({
    token: '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>',
});
// Prepare Actor input
const input = {
    "storeUrls": [
        "https://colourpop.com"
    ]
};
// Run the Actor and wait for it to finish
const run = await client.actor("springlike_meadowland/shopify-products-scraper").call(input);
// Fetch and print Actor results from the run's dataset (if any)
console.log('Results from dataset');
console.log(`💾 Check your data here: https://console.apify.com/storage/datasets/${run.defaultDatasetId}`);
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
items.forEach((item) => {
    console.dir(item);
});
