- Official fuel prices from four government open-data sources: France (DGCCRF), Spain (MITECO/MINTUR),
  Italy (MIMIT) and Western Australia (FuelWatch).
- One normalized record schema with ISO 8601 timestamps (with time zone), normalized fuel types
  (original label kept in `fuelName`), currency and unit.
- Filters: radius around a point (with `distanceKm`), postal-code prefix, city, brand, fuel type,
  maximum price age, Spanish members-only stations.
- Sorting by price (cheapest first per fuel; `maxResults` shared fairly across fuels) or distance.
- Automatic source selection from coordinates; only the needed feeds (and, for Western Australia,
  only the requested products) are downloaded.
- Resilience: per-source isolation (one failing government feed never fails the run), retries with
  backoff, size caps, and a `SUMMARY` record with per-source status and attribution.
- Pay-per-event charging per output row, stopping cleanly at the user's maximum charge.
