Homes for sale from any Redfin city page — **no API key, no account, no proxy
required.**

Prices, beds, sqft and coordinates come back as real numbers, ready to sort and
filter.

### Honest limits

Redfin's search endpoint is narrower than its website, and this Actor sticks to
what it actually does reliably:

- **City URLs only.** County, neighborhood and zipcode URLs are rejected with an
  explanation. The number in those URLs is a different kind of id — feeding a
  county URL in returns listings for an unrelated county, so the Actor refuses
  rather than quietly scraping the wrong place.
- **350 listings per city** is the ceiling Redfin serves; there is no working
  pagination past it.
- **No server-side filters.** Price, bed and property-type filters are ignored
  by this endpoint, so none are offered here. Filter the dataset afterwards
  instead — every field you need is in the output.
- **Wrong-region protection.** Given an id that doesn't exist, Redfin replies
  `HTTP 200`, `"Success"` and a list of homes in a completely different state.
  This Actor checks every response against the city you asked for and fails
  loudly instead of handing you the wrong city's data.

### Notes

- Only publicly visible listing data is read; no login and no account are used.
- Runs stop cleanly before the platform timeout and keep everything collected so
  far, rather than failing.
