A ready-to-use list of restaurants for sales prospecting (POS, delivery, marketing, supply vendors), market research, territory mapping, or CRM enrichment. Pick a state (or a city bounding box), optionally narrow by cuisine, and get structured rows in seconds — no scraping fragile HTML, no login.

- **Coverage varies.** OpenStreetMap is community-maintained, so not every restaurant is mapped and some rows have partial details — completeness is highest in populated areas. `phone` / `website` / `cuisine` are populated where contributors have added them.
- **Cuisine filter** matches OpenStreetMap's `cuisine` tag case-insensitively (e.g. `italian`, `mexican`, `pizza`, `sushi`, `burger`).
- **Canadian provinces** work too (e.g. `"ON"`, `"BC"`).
- Works statewide or for a precise `bbox`; raise `maxResults` for large states.
