## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Recruitee Jobs Scraper

Scrape all open jobs from any Recruitee careers site: title, department, location, remote/hybrid, job type, country, posting date, salary when listed, and description. Public feed: fast, cheap, no login. Only-new-jobs mode for monitoring.

Get every open job from Recruitee job boards as clean, structured data. It reads the public job-board feed each company publishes for job seekers, so runs are **fast, cheap and reliable**: no browser, no proxies, no login.

### What you get

Exactly what the platform publishes, nothing invented:

| Field | Available |
|---|---|
| Salary range | Sometimes (if the company adds it) |
| Department / team | Yes |
| Remote flag | Yes |
| Job type | Yes |
| Country | Yes |
| Posting date | Yes |
| Full description | Yes |

### What you can use it for

- **Job aggregators and niche job boards**: keep your listings fresh from hundreds of companies.
- **Sales and recruiting signals**: see which companies are hiring for which roles, and where.
- **Market and salary research**: compare roles, locations and published pay ranges.
- **AI agents and automations**: one call returns normalized jobs in the same format for every company.

### Input

| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Companies | the subdomain in `<name>.recruitee.com` (e.g. `bunq`), or paste the URL. Add as many as you like, one per line. |
| Title keywords | Optional. Only jobs whose title contains one of these words. |
| Location contains | Optional, e.g. `London`, `Germany`, `Remote`. |
| Remote jobs only | Optional. |
| Posted within (days) | Optional. Only recent jobs. |
| Only new jobs | Optional. Later runs return only jobs you haven't received before, and you only pay for those. |
| Include full job description | Optional. Adds the job text. |
| Max jobs per company | Optional cap. |

Example input:

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "bunq"
  ],
  "titleKeywords": [
    "engineer"
  ],
  "postedWithinDays": 30
}
```

### Output

One row per job, the same columns for every company and platform. Export as JSON, CSV, Excel, or use the API. A real example:

```json
{
  "platform": "recruitee",
  "company": "bunq",
  "job_id": "2783543",
  "title": "Head of Product",
  "department": "Product",
    "Amsterdam",
    "Sofia"
  ],
  "country": "Netherlands",
  "url": "https://careers.bunq.com/o/head-of-product-6",
  "apply_url": "https://careers.bunq.com/o/head-of-product-6/c/new",
  "salary_min": null,
  "salary_max": null,
  "salary_currency": null,
  "salary_period": null,
  "salary_text": null,
  "description": "As Head of Product, your mission is to lead the product organization that builds what our users bank with every day, ensuring they get the safe, smart and effortless banking they expect.\nWhy this matters:\nAt bunq, our mission is to Make Life Easy, for our users, our teams, and the world around us.\nE…"
}
```

### Pricing

You pay per job returned, nothing for companies with no matching jobs. There are no proxy or browser costs, so large runs stay cheap.

### Tips

- **Monitor new jobs**: schedule a daily run with `Only new jobs` on. The first run returns everything open; after that you get (and pay for) only new postings.
- **A company isn't found?** It probably uses a different hiring platform. The run log lists companies with no public board, and the rest of the run continues.

### FAQ

**Is this allowed?** The tool only reads job postings companies publish openly for job seekers, through the hiring platform's public job-board feed. It does not log in and does not collect personal data.

**How fresh is the data?** Live: each run reads the board at that moment.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One company per line: the subdomain in `<name>.recruitee.com` (e.g. `bunq`), or paste the URL.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title contains any of these words (case-insensitive). Leave empty for all jobs.

## `location` (type: `string`):

Keep only jobs whose location contains this text, e.g. `London`, `Germany`, `Remote`.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs the company marks as remote.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs posted in the last N days. 0 = no limit. Jobs without a known posting date are skipped when this is set.

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Return only jobs this tool hasn't returned to you before (remembered per company in your Apify account). The first run returns all current jobs; later runs only new ones, and you only pay for those.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds the full job text (plain text). Slower on Workday, which needs one extra request per job.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

0 = all jobs.

## Actor input object example
