commission-free ("provisionsfrei") real estate portal. Get price, living
area, rooms, address, seller type and coordinates for houses, apartments,
land and commercial properties — for sale or rent, across all 16 German
states.

### Why use this actor?

Every listing on ohne-makler.net is a homeowner selling or renting **von
privat**, without an agent. That makes each row in this dataset a live seller
lead: a real person with a property, a price, and no Makler already
representing them.
