- Fix junk "rising" related queries. Root cause: Google tags scripted sessions `USER_TYPE_SCRAPER` and mixes decoy queries into rising lists. It is not a token or parsing bug, and the token is signed over the label, so it can't be changed.
- New `risingFilter` input (`strict` default, `balanced`, `off`). Decoys move to `suspectedDecoys` with `decoyReasons`. Rows add `googleUserType` and `dataQualityWarning`. Flat mode omits decoy rows, so they are not billed.
