## Pricing

from $0.67 / 1,000 events

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

### Eventbrite Scraper & API - Events, Tickets & Organizers

Get **every Eventbrite event in any city — or online** — also past Eventbrite's 1,000-results limit: dates and times, venue with GPS, **ticket prices (from–to, free, sold out)**, category, and the **organizer with followers, website and socials**, as a spreadsheet, JSON or a live API.

> ⭐ **Found this Actor useful?** [Leave a review](https://apify.com/surefeed/eventbrite-scraper/reviews) — it takes 30 seconds and helps other people find it.
>
> 🛠️ **Something not working?** [Open an issue](https://apify.com/surefeed/eventbrite-scraper/issues) with the run link and we'll fix it within 24–48 hours.

**What you get for each event**

- 📅 Name, start and end date and time, time zone, summary (full description optional), link
- 📍 Venue name, full address, city, region, country, postal code, **latitude and longitude** — or online
- 🎟️ **Lowest and highest ticket price** with currency, free, **sold out**, tickets still available, sales status and when sales end
- 🏷️ Category, subcategory, format (conference, party, class…) and the organizer's tags
- 🏢 **Organizer**: name, Eventbrite profile, number of followers, website, Facebook and X

**Quick start:** click **Start** without changing anything to get 100 upcoming events in New York (about $0.10). Then add your cities, keywords, categories and dates. No login or API key needed — you pay only per event returned.

Real results — October 2026, as shown on each event page:

| Event | City | Date | Venue | Price | Organizer (followers) |

#### Why this Eventbrite scraper?

| Typical Eventbrite scrapers | This Actor |
|---|---|
| Unverified data | **Checked by hand against the event pages: 20 of 20 events identical** in New York, London, Milan and online (name, date and time, venue, organizer, lowest and highest price, currency, sold out) |
| Stop at about 1,000 events: Eventbrite shows at most 49 pages per search | **Every event**: big searches are split by category, month and day and merged without duplicates |
| Eventbrite's own grouping hides events: one organizer's "Knowledge Management Workshop" disappears behind its "Anger Management Workshop" | **Nothing hidden**: we ask for every event and group only true repeats (same title and organizer). Checked on New York business events in November: **407 of 408** events found by a full day-by-day count |
| Prices missing or only "from" | **Price from and to**, currency, free and **sold out** for every event, in the same request — no extra page per event |
| No organizer data, or charged extra | **Organizer followers, website, Facebook and X included** at no extra cost |
| Cities only by Eventbrite's own slug | **Type the city as you say it** ("Milan", "Munich", "New York") — or "online" |
| $1–$20 per 1,000 events, organizer details often charged extra | **$1 per 1,000 events**, organizer included |

#### Use cases

- **AI agents**: "find free AI events in London next week with their venue and organizer" — one call.
- **Event discovery apps and newsletters**: fresh, complete listings for every city you cover, with prices and GPS.
- **Lead generation**: organizers with followers, website and socials, by city and category.
- **Market research**: how many events, at what prices, in which categories, city by city.
- **Venues, sponsors and promoters**: who organizes what, where and when — and what sells out.

1. Enter one or more **Locations** (e.g. `New York`, `London`, `Milan`, or `online`).

| `salesStatus` / `salesEnd` | e.g. `on_sale`, `sold_out`, `sales_ended`; when ticket sales close (UTC) |
| `organizerFollowers` | Followers of the organizer's Eventbrite profile |
| `searchLocation` | The place Eventbrite matched your location to (e.g. "Milan" → "Milano") |

#### How much does it cost?

**Pay per event** — no monthly rental, no start fee, no proxy or compute surcharge:

- **Event** — each event returned, organizer included: **$1.00 per 1,000**.

Examples: 100 events ≈ $0.10; 3,000 events in New York ≈ $3. Set **Max cost per run** for a hard cap on spending.

#### Automate & integrate

Schedule a daily run with **Only new events** on, trigger webhooks, or send results to Google Sheets, Slack, Make, Zapier or n8n. Call it from any language through the Apify API.

#### Use with AI assistants (MCP)

Add this Actor as a tool to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client through the Apify MCP server (`https://mcp.apify.com`). Your assistant can then find events for any city and date on demand.

#### Agent-ready: autonomous payments (x402 & Skyfire)

AI agents can discover, run and pay for this Actor on their own — no Apify account or API key needed — using x402 (USDC on Base) or Skyfire.

#### FAQ

**How do you get past the 1,000-event limit?**
Eventbrite shows at most 49 pages of 20 events per search. When a search has more, the Actor repeats it per category, then per month and per day where needed, and merges the results without duplicates.

**What does "Group recurring events" do?**
Many organizers publish the same event on many dates. With grouping on (default) you get one row per event; with it off, one row per date. We don't use Eventbrite's own grouping because it also merges *different* events of the same organizer.

**How accurate is the data?**
We compared 20 events in New York, London, Milan and online with their pages on eventbrite.com (October 2026): name, date and time, venue, organizer, lowest and highest ticket price, currency and sold-out status were identical on all 20. Completeness was checked against a full day-by-day count of New York business events in November: 407 of 408.

**Why is the price empty on a few events?**
Some events don't publish ticket prices on Eventbrite (donation-based, RSVP or tickets sold elsewhere). We leave the price empty rather than showing a misleading 0.

**Which cities work?**
Any place Eventbrite knows. Type the name in English if a local name isn't found ("Munich" rather than "München" works best); `searchLocation` shows the place that was matched.

**Is it legal to scrape Eventbrite?**
The Actor only reads public event listings, the same data anyone sees on eventbrite.com, without logging in. Check Eventbrite's terms and your local laws for your use case.

**Something is broken — what now?**
Open an issue on the **Issues** tab with the run link. We usually fix problems within 24–48 hours.
