## Pricing

from $2.10 / 1,000 hotels

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Google Hotels Scraper API - Prices, Ratings & OTA Rates

Scrape Google Hotels for any destination and stay dates. Each result is one hotel with its lowest nightly price, the stay total with taxes, star class, guest rating, review count, amenities, coordinates, photo and a link to its Google Hotels page. Optionally add the nightly rate of every booking site Google lists for the hotel (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, the hotel's own site...) and its street address and phone number.

Only `query` is required. Without dates, the Actor searches a 2-night stay starting 30 days from today.

### What you can use it for

- Hotel price monitoring for a city and set of dates (schedule the Actor daily).
- Rate comparison across booking sites, rate parity checks for a hotel or a market.
- Lists of hotels with class, rating, coordinates and amenities for travel apps, maps and market studies.
- Data for AI agents: flat JSON, one item per hotel, explicit field names.

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `query` | string | required | City, area, landmark or free search: `Paris`, `hotels near Eiffel Tower`, `resorts in Cancun`. A bare place name is searched as `hotels in <place>`. |
| `checkIn` | string | today + 30 days | Check-in date, `YYYY-MM-DD`. |
| `checkOut` | string | check-in + 2 nights | Check-out date, `YYYY-MM-DD` (30 nights at most). |
| `adults` | integer | 2 | Adult guests (1-6). |
| `currency` | string | `USD` | ISO code of all prices (`EUR`, `GBP`, `JPY`, `CAD`...). |
| `maxItems` | integer | 20 | Maximum hotels (Google returns 20 per page; the Actor pages through the results). |
| `includeOffers` | boolean | false | Add `offers`: nightly rate per booking site, cheapest first. |
| `includeAddress` | boolean | false | Add `address` and `phone` from each hotel's Google Hotels page (slower). |

Example:

```json
{
  "query": "hotels in Rome",
  "checkIn": "2026-12-10",
  "checkOut": "2026-12-13",
  "adults": 2,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "maxItems": 50,
  "includeOffers": true
}
```

  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-25T20:00:00+00:00"
}
```
Field notes:
- `pricePerNight` is the lowest nightly rate Google shows before taxes; `pricePerNightWithTaxes` and `totalPriceWithTaxes` include taxes and fees as computed by Google for the stay. `null` and `available: false` when Google has no rate for the dates.
- `hotelId` is Google's property token: stable, usable to deduplicate across runs.
- `amenities` lists the main amenities Google shows for the hotel (Free Wi-Fi, Pool, Spa, Pet-friendly, Fitness center...).
- `offers[].url` are Google's booking links to each site.
### Pricing
Pay-per-event, **no start fee**: **$3.50 per 1,000 hotels** on the Apify Free plan, with lower prices on paid plans. Each hotel pushed to the dataset is one event; booking site rates (`includeOffers`) and address (`includeAddress`) are included at no extra charge.
| Event | Free | Starter | Scale | Business | Enterprise |
|-------|------|---------|-------|----------|------------|
| Hotel (`HOTEL`) | $3.50 | $3.00 | $2.60 | $2.10 | $2.10 |
Prices in USD per 1,000 events.
#### Cost examples (Free plan)
| Scenario | Hotels | Cost |
|----------|--------|------|
| Quick look | 10 | $0.035 |
| One city | 100 | $0.35 |
| Market monitoring | 1,000 | $3.50 |
### Limitations
- Prices are a snapshot at run time and depend on the dates, guests and currency; booking sites update them continuously.
- Google lists up to several hundred hotels per destination; `maxItems` is capped at 1,000 per run.
- Rates per booking site (`includeOffers`) come from the booking sites Google lists for the hotel; some hotels have none for the dates.
- `includeAddress` loads each hotel's page: expect a few extra seconds per hotel.
- Results follow Google's own ranking for the search; filters (price range, class, rating) are not applied by the Actor in this version, filter the dataset instead.
- Amenities are mapped from Google's codes; rare amenities without a known label are not listed.
