## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Google Shopping Scraper - Product Prices & Sellers

Scrape Google Shopping search results for a query. Returns product titles, prices, sellers, ratings, review counts, images and Google Shopping product links in flat JSON — useful for price monitoring, competitive analysis and product research.

### Input

| Field | Type | Required | Default | Description |
|-------|------|----------|---------|-------------|
| `query` | string | Yes | — | Product search query |
| `country` | string | No | `"us"` | Country code for Google domain: us, uk, fr, de, es, it, ca, au, jp, br, in, nl (others fall back to google.com) |
| `maxItems` | integer | No | `50` | Maximum products to return (1–1000) |
| `minPrice` | number | No | — | Minimum price filter |
| `maxPrice` | number | No | — | Maximum price filter |
| `sortBy` | string | No | `"relevance"` | Sort: relevance, price_low, price_high, review_score |

### Output

```json
{
    "title": "Apple iPhone 16 Plus Pink - Certified Used Refurbished",
    "price": 499.0,
    "currency": "USD",
    "oldPrice": null,
    "condition": "Refurbished",
    "seller": "UpTrade",
    "rating": 5.0,
    "reviewCount": 29,
    "url": "https://www.google.com/search?ibp=oshop&q=...&prds=headlineOfferDocid:...,productDocid:...,pvt:hg,pvo:3&udm=28",
    "imageUrl": "https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/shopping?q=tbn:...",
    "description": "Free delivery · 30-day returns",
    "productId": "10527623136755868618",
    "position": 2,
    "query": "iphone 16",
    "scrapedAt": "2026-10-21T06:44:37+00:00"
}
```

- `url` opens the product in Google Shopping's product viewer, which lists the offer and the merchant's link (Google does not expose merchant URLs in the results page itself).
- `position` is the product's rank in Google's results; `oldPrice` is the struck-through "was" price when shown.
- Listings without a one-off price (carrier monthly-plan offers, "compare prices" teasers) are skipped.

### How it works

Requests go through Apify's `GOOGLE_SERP` proxy (plain `http://` Google Search URLs, `udm=28` Shopping tab) with an exit IP in the selected country so prices are in the local currency. Google serves ~40 products per page and up to ~6 pages per query. Google currently ignores sort and price parameters on the Shopping tab, so `minPrice`/`maxPrice` and `sortBy` are applied by the Actor to the collected products (non-relevance sorts collect all available pages first). A run that finds no products ends as **FAILED**.

### Pricing

Pay-per-event, **no start fee**: **$2.40 per 1,000 products** on the Apify Free plan, with lower prices on paid plans. Each product pushed to the dataset is one event.

| Event | Free | Starter | Scale | Business | Enterprise |
|-------|------|---------|-------|----------|------------|
| Product (`RESULT`) | $2.40 | $2.00 | $1.80 | $1.40 | $1.40 |

Prices in USD per 1,000 events.

### Features

- **Price filters** — narrow results by min/max price (applied by the Actor)
- **Multi-country** — 12 Google domains, with a proxy exit IP in the selected country
- **Sort options** — by relevance, price, or review score (applied by the Actor)
- **Flat JSON output** — all fields at top level for easy processing

### Limitations

- `url` is a Google Shopping product link (product viewer), not the merchant's website. The merchant link is only available inside that viewer.
- `minPrice`, `maxPrice` and `sortBy` are applied by the Actor to the products it collected, not by Google, so a narrow price range can return fewer products than `maxItems`.
- Google serves a limited number of result pages per query (about 40 products per page, usually up to ~6 pages), so large `maxItems` values may not be reached.
- Listings without a one-off price are skipped. A run that finds no matching products ends FAILED.
