## US Motivated Seller Leads (For-Sale-By-Owner)

Find **motivated home sellers** across the US — for-sale-by-owner listings scored by how likely the seller is to need help (price cuts, long time on market, short sales, sellers open to working with an agent). Built for real-estate investors, wholesalers, agents and lenders who want *seller* leads, not another raw listings dump.

Every other FSBO scraper just dumps listings. This one **scores each one for motivation** and lets you filter to only the sellers worth calling.

### What you get per lead

Owner name, full property address, price, and the signals that matter:

- **motivationScore** (0-100) and **motivationReasons** — why it scored that way
- **isPriceReduced** — the owner already cut the price

### About owner phone/email

For-sale-by-owner sites deliberately **hide the owner's direct phone** behind a "contact seller" form, and every public skip-trace source is anti-bot-protected. So this actor ships the reliable, high-value core: **owner name + exact property address + motivation score**. That is exactly what a skip-trace needs — investors run those names/addresses through their own skip-trace to get the phone (the industry-standard workflow). The `phone`/`email` fields are included but left empty rather than guessed.

### How it works

ForSaleByOwner.com serves its listings from a public JSON API (no login, no captcha). The actor queries it per state through a US residential proxy, pages through every listing, computes a motivation score from the seller signals, applies your filters, and streams leads out as it goes.
