## Competitor Review Intelligence

Convert product, app, and competitor reviews into structured customer intelligence without an external AI key.

### Output

One dataset row is written per entity with:

- review count and average rating
- positive, neutral, and negative sentiment counts plus a normalized index
- satisfaction drivers and pain points ranked by mentions
- explicit feature requests
- concise opportunity statements
- sources and generation time

Paste review records directly for reliable analysis, or provide public pages that expose Schema.org `Review` JSON-LD. CSS selectors are available for server-rendered review lists.

### Method and privacy

The MVP uses transparent lexical sentiment, ratings, frequency-ranked topics, and explicit request patterns. Results are deterministic and do not send review text to a third-party model. Verify conclusions against the source material before making business decisions.

Only process public data or data you are authorized to use. Respect site terms, robots policies, privacy rules, and applicable law. The Actor does not bypass authentication.

### Billing

The recommended Store model is pay per event: one billable result per entity summary, plus a small Actor-start event for fixed run cost.
