## Pricing

from $2.00 / 1,000 companies

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Company Registry — New Companies, Insolvencies & Search

Fresh B2B leads and risk signals **straight from official company registers**: every new company registered in **France** (BODACC), **Norway** (Brønnøysund), **Finland** (PRH / YTJ), **Estonia** and the US states **New York, Colorado, Connecticut and Oregon**, French **insolvency judgments**, deregistrations and business sales, and **company search** with legal form, industry, address, employees and officers, plus the worldwide **LEI index** (GLEIF) for any other country.

**Built for** B2B sales teams and agencies selling to new businesses (accountants, banks, insurers, payroll, POS, web and telecom), credit-risk and collections teams, KYB and supplier onboarding, market researchers, and AI agents.

### What you get

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `name`, `registryId`, `country` | `Pinpoint Oy`, `3456789-1`, `FI` |
| `event`, `eventDate`, `eventDetail` | `insolvency`, `2026-10-25`, *Jugement de conversion en liquidation judiciaire* |
| `legalForm`, `status`, `registeredOn` | `SAS`, `active`, `2026-10-21` |
| `industryCode`, `industry` | `49.410`, *Godstransport på vei* |
| `address` | street, postcode, city, region, country |
| `employees`, `capital`, `officers`, `management` | `10-19`, `8820.00 EUR`, directors, registered agents and roles as published |
| `email`, `website` | where the register publishes them (Connecticut: business email; Norway, Finland: website) |
| `url` | the company's page on the official register |

Volumes in October 2026: about 1,500 new French companies a day (BODACC), about 290 in Norway, 55 in Finland and 60 in Estonia, about 730 in New York, 490 in Colorado, 270 in Oregon (published weekly) and 155 in Connecticut, and about 550 French insolvency notices a day.

### Two modes

1. **New companies and register events** (default). Choose countries and a window (`registeredWithinDays`), filter by **industry codes** (NACE / NAF, e.g. `56.10` restaurants, `62` IT; NAICS for Connecticut), **locations** (city, region, US state or county, or postcode prefix) or **keywords**. For France also choose the events: new companies, insolvencies, deregistrations, sales. Turn on *Only new* and schedule it daily for a lead feed.
2. **Search by name.** Look companies up in France (with officers), Norway, Finland, Estonia, Czechia, New York, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon and, for any other country, the LEI index.

### How to use it

```json
{
  "countries": ["FR"],
  "events": ["registration"],
  "industryCodes": ["56.10"],
  "locations": ["75"],
  "registeredWithinDays": 1,
  "onlyNew": true
}
```

New companies in New York, a daily lead feed:

```json
{
  "countries": ["US-NY"],
  "locations": ["Kings", "Queens"],
  "registeredWithinDays": 1,
  "onlyNew": true
}
```

### Pricing

**$2.50 per 1,000 companies** plus a small start fee per run.

### Good to know

- French announcements carry no industry code, so with an industry filter each company is looked up in the French directory first: a day of announcements takes a few minutes. Keywords or places narrow the list first and make it faster.
- Records are as the registers publish them; `url` opens the official page.
- US records: New York and Oregon list active businesses; the New York address is the one the state serves legal papers to (usually the company's). Colorado, Connecticut and Oregon name the registered agent.
- Officers come from the registers as published; switch them off with `includeOfficers: false`.
- Need another country, or a private feed? **Contact tacps126@gmail.com**.

# Actor input Schema

## `mode` (type: `string`):

Follow what the registers publish (new registrations; in France also insolvencies, deregistrations and sales), or look companies up by name.

## `names` (type: `array`):

Names or words to search, e.g. Nokia, Equinor, Boulangerie Paul.

## `countries` (type: `array`):

Empty = France, Norway, Finland and Estonia (and, for searches, the worldwide LEI index). US = the state registers of New York, Colorado, Connecticut and Oregon (searches also use the LEI index). Other countries are searched in the LEI index.

## `events` (type: `array`):

Which BODACC announcements to follow (default: new companies). Norway, Finland, Estonia and the US states report new registrations.

## `registeredWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

New mode: registrations and announcements from this window.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Only companies whose name or activity contains one of these words (e.g. restaurant, software, transport).

## `industryCodes` (type: `array`):

NACE / NAF / TOL code prefixes, dots optional (e.g. 56.10 restaurants, 62 software and IT, 49.41 road freight). Connecticut uses NAICS (e.g. 7225 restaurants).

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Cities, regions, US states or counties, or postcode prefixes (e.g. Oslo, Bouches-du-Rhône, 75 for Paris, Brooklyn, Kings).

## `includeOfficers` (type: `boolean`):

Directors, managers and registered agents as published by the register.

## `maxItemsPerSource` (type: `integer`):

Most records read from each register.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Most companies returned.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

Schedule the Actor (daily or weekly) and each run returns only companies and announcements earlier runs with the same settings did not deliver.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Optional name for the “only new” history, so several monitors can run side by side.

## `tenantId` (type: `string`):

Optional label used to keep separate histories for different clients or teams.

## `debug` (type: `boolean`):

Save extra diagnostics with the run (for support requests).

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "mode": "new",
  "registeredWithinDays": 7,
  "includeOfficers": true,
  "maxItemsPerSource": 500,
  "maxItems": 500,
  "onlyNew": false,
  "debug": false
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

The produced items (default dataset items).
