## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 places

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## 2GIS Places Scraper

Get places from **2GIS** (2gis.ru, 2gis.ae, 2gis.kz, 2gis.kg, 2gis.uz) by search query and city: name,
categories, address, district, coordinates, rating, review count, opening hours, attributes (average bill,
payment methods, Wi-Fi...) and the 2GIS link of each place. One flat JSON row per place, ready for a CRM,
a spreadsheet or a map. No login and no API key.

### What you can search

- **Search queries × cities**: `cafe`, `dentist`, `car repair`, `кафе`... in Dubai, Moscow,
  Saint Petersburg, Almaty, Astana, Bishkek, Tashkent, and any other 2GIS city (use the name from a 2GIS link,
  for example `novosibirsk` for `2gis.ru/novosibirsk/...`). In the UAE, 2GIS has one city: Dubai.
- **2GIS search links**: paste `https://2gis.ae/dubai/search/cafe` (or any 2gis search link) and the run pages it.
- **Places per search**: up to 5,000. The run reads 2GIS's result pages (12 places each) until it has enough
  places or 2GIS has no more.

### Output

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `placeId` | `70000001063122318` |
| `name` / `brandName` / `nameExtension` | `The cafe, coffee shop` / `The cafe` / `coffee shop` |
| `category`, `categories` | `Coffee shop` |
| `address`, `addressComment`, `buildingName`, `postcode` | `Burj Khalifa, 1, Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard`, `124, 125 Floor` |
| `district`, `city`, `region`, `country` | `Burj Khalifa/Downtown Dubai`, `Dubai`, `Dubai Emirate`, `UAE` |
| `latitude`, `longitude` | `25.197045`, `55.273799` |
| `rating`, `reviewCount`, `ratingCount` | `4.2`, `1`, `6` |
| `openingHours`, `hoursComment` | `Mon 09:00-24:00; Tue 09:00-24:00; ...` |
| `attributes` | `["Average bill 10 AED", "Wi-Fi", "Payment by credit cards"]` |
| `photoCount`, `branchCount`, `organizationId`, `isPromoted` | `1707`, `2` |
| `url` | `https://2gis.ae/dubai/firm/70000001063122318` |
| `searchQuery`, `searchCity`, `searchUrl`, `position`, `updatedAt`, `scrapedAt` | |

Names, addresses and categories come in the language 2GIS uses for that city (English for Dubai, Russian for
Moscow, Almaty, Bishkek and Tashkent).

**Phones, websites and social links are not included**: 2GIS does not put them in the pages this actor reads.

### Pricing

Pay per event, all platform costs included:

- **$1 per 1,000 places** ($0.001 per place; lower on Bronze, Silver and Gold plans down to $0.70 per 1,000).
- **$0.001 per run start**.

Searches with no results and unknown cities cost nothing beyond the run start.

### Run status

Every run ends with a status message that says what happened to each search: how many places it delivered,
whether 2GIS had no more places, whether 2GIS has no places for that query, whether 2GIS does not know the
city, or whether 2GIS refused the request. A run that delivered nothing and cannot prove that 2GIS has nothing
fails with the reason, so an empty dataset never passes silently. A run with only invalid input (no city, no
query) ends with an `Input error:` message and no charge beyond the run start.

### Notes

- One request per 12 places, at a steady pace, with no login and no cookies kept.
- Duplicate places (the same place found by two searches of one run) are delivered once.
- Questions or a missing field? Open an issue on the actor's Issues tab.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

What you would type into 2GIS: a kind of business or a keyword (cafe, dentist, car repair, кафе). Every query is searched in every city below.

## `cities` (type: `array`):

Cities to search in. Common names work (Dubai, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Almaty, Astana, Bishkek, Tashkent, Москва). For other cities use the name as it appears in a 2GIS link (2gis.ru/novosibirsk/... means novosibirsk). In the UAE, 2GIS has one city, Dubai.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Optional. Search links copied from 2GIS (2gis.ru, 2gis.ae, 2gis.kz...), for example https://2gis.ae/dubai/search/cafe. Each link is paged from its first page.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

How many places to bring back for each query in each city, at most 5000.

}
```
# Actor output Schema
## `results` (type: `string`):
One item per 2GIS place in the default dataset.
