- Every run now sets a status message you can read straight from the run list.
  The run used to end with a bare exit: the whole summary went to the log and to
  the SUMMARY record, so from the run list a run that checked 900 leads against
  SIRENE looked exactly like one whose every register call errored out.
- A run where the register never answered for a single lead is now reported as a
  source outage and ends red, instead of shipping a list of "not found in the
  register" rows. "Not registered under this name" is an answer we sell; "the
  register did not answer" is not, and the two are now told apart by a counter
  rather than by the absence of one. Wording lives in one pure, unit-tested
  function (`src/status.js`).
- README states the price ($0.02 per lead verified, $0.01 per run start),
  documents `minMatchScore` (and the 86 recommended for directory and Google
  Maps exports), and names the `checkInsolvency` / `screenSanctions` toggles.

Three matcher fixes, all of which made real companies read as "Not found in the
company register".

- **France:** the register full-text-searches the registered name and keeps the
  legal form as a numeric code, so a lead written the way a CRM writes it —
  "Doctolib SAS" — returned nothing at all while "Doctolib" resolves to SIREN
  794598813\. The search now retries without the legal form when the first
  attempt finds nothing.
- **United Kingdom:** the Companies House name filter is a literal
  contains-match, and the query was being stripped of its punctuation first, so
  "Asos.com Limited" was searched for as "asos com" and found nothing. Dot-com
  brands now keep their dots and match (ASOS.COM LIMITED, 03584121).
- **Scoring:** a sole trader whose shopfront sign copies a famous brand could
  tie the real company that is actually registered under that name, and the
  result was reported as too ambiguous to call. A registered legal name now
  outranks a trading-name alias by a small margin, which is enough to break the
  tie without breaking the companies that genuinely trade under another name
  (BlaBlaCar is registered as COMUTO and still matches).

  (SIRENE / RNE), the United Kingdom (Companies House) and Germany
  (Handelsregister).
- Checks every matched company for insolvency in BODACC, The Gazette and
  Insolvenzbekanntmachungen, with the date, the court and a link to the notice.
- Screens companies and their directors against the OFAC SDN, UN, EU, UK OFSI
  and US Consolidated Screening lists, downloaded fresh on every run.
- Returns a confidence score from 0 to 100 with its full reasoning, so you can
  see exactly why a lead scored what it scored.
- Takes a pasted list, an Apify dataset ID from another scraper, or a link to a
  CSV export.
- No API key required. A Companies House key is optional and adds SIC codes and
  richer UK status data.
