- First release: bulk availability for any list of names across any extensions, with registrar, registration / expiry / last-change dates, registry status codes and name servers for taken domains.
- RDAP from the IANA bootstrap (plus .io, which the bootstrap lacks), WHOIS for extensions without RDAP (.co), DNS as proof of "registered" when an extension has no public lookup. Never "available" without a registry answer.
- Per-registry pacing measured 2026-10-16: Verisign (.com/.net) and PIR (.org) no limit seen at 20 requests/s; Identity Digital (.io/.ai) 429 with Retry-After 86400 when 24 requests arrive in under a second from one address; Google (.app/.dev) 10-request burst then about 1 per second per address. Limited addresses are retired for the run and extra datacenter routes take over.
- A registry whose "not found" cannot be trusted (google.<tld> must read registered) is reported unknown.
- Optional name variations, DNS check, available-only output.
