- Amazon KDP niche research on amazon.com from keywords, in the Books store
  (every format) or the Kindle Store: the top organic books of each keyword
  (3 to 50, Amazon's first 3 result pages), ads skipped unless asked for.
- Each book's own page read for Best Sellers Rank and store, sub-category ranks,
  publication date and age, print length, publisher and the "Independently
  published" (KDP) flag, language, ISBN and dimensions; search-card price (the
  purchase price on Kindle Unlimited titles), rating, review count, format,
  authors, series.
- One niche row per keyword: a 0-100 niche score (geometric mean of a demand
  score from the median BSR and a competition-openness score from the median
  review count of the top 10 books), a verdict, and the raw medians and shares
  behind it. No sales estimates.
- An amazon.com search link given as a keyword is read as its `k=` keyword.
- Products Amazon shelves under Books without being books (notebooks ranked in
  Office Products) are delivered with `isBook: false` and kept out of the score.
- $1.00 per 1,000 books ($0.70 on Gold) + $0.003 per niche report + $0.001 per
  run, platform usage included. Book rows whose page could not be read, and
  niche rows without a score, are delivered free.
