- **Every run now ends by saying what it delivered, what it was asked for and,
  when it returns little or nothing, why.** A run with no listings now tells you
  whether Rightmove refused to answer at all, whether it refused to run the
  search as asked (a filter combination it will not serve), whether the search
  genuinely has no matches on the site's own result count, or whether a limit —
  the listing cap, your charge limit or the monitor's scan budget — stopped it
  early, and a monitor run that finds nothing new now says exactly that instead
  of looking like an empty result.

- Search Rightmove for sale and to rent, anywhere in the UK, and get one flat
  JSON row per listing: asking price and qualifier, bedrooms and bathrooms,
  address and postcode district, floor area, tenure, key features, coordinates,
  photos, and the estate agent branch with its phone number.
- Type a place name instead of hunting for a region id. "Bath", "Manchester",
  "Clapham" and postcode districts like "SW1A" are all resolved through
  Rightmove's own location search. Several areas can go into one run.
- Coverage past the site's own limit. Rightmove serves at most 1,008 results per
  search no matter what the counter says. Ask for more and the actor splits the
  search into price bands and walks them until the area is finished, so a city
  with 59,000 listings really returns 59,000 rows.
- Monitor mode for scheduled runs: only listings that are new since the last
  run, plus listings whose asking price has dropped, with the previous price on
  the row. Optional Slack or webhook digest.
- Filters that match the site's own: price band, bedrooms, property type,
  search radius, added in the last 1 to 14 days, and whether to include sold
  subject to contract or let agreed.
- Search URLs pasted from the browser work as input too, filters included.
