## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Data source

Public expert profile pages on experts.webflow.com, discovered through the site's own sitemap (about 2,200 certified partner profiles), read live on every run.

### What does Webflow Experts Directory Scraper do?

It collects Webflow certified partner agencies and freelancers from the official Webflow Experts directory. Each record has the expert name, partner tier (Professional or Enterprise), location, starting project price in USD, languages, website, tagline, full about text, services offered, portfolio images and recommendations. Filters for keyword, country or city, service, partner tier and maximum starting price keep runs small. Pricing is per result.

### Why use it?

- Build lead lists of Webflow agencies and freelancers by country, niche or budget.
- Find white label and overflow partners for your own agency.
- Benchmark competitors: starting prices, service mix and partner tier in a market.
- Track new and changing profiles by scheduling the Actor and comparing runs.

It replaces browsing the directory one profile at a time and copying details by hand.

### How to use it

1. Open the Actor and set the filters.
2. Click Start. Download results as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read them through the API.
3. Add a Schedule and an Integration (Slack, Google Sheets, webhook) to get new records automatically.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `keywords` | Keep experts whose name, tagline, about text or services mention any of these words. |
| `countries` | Keep experts whose location contains any of these (country or city). |
| `services` | Keep experts offering any of these services, for example SEO or E-commerce. |
| `partnerTier` | `any`, `Professional` or `Enterprise`. |
| `maxStartingPrice` | Only experts with a listed starting price at or below this USD amount. 0 means no limit. |
| `maxResults` | Hard stop for the run. You are billed per result, so this caps the cost. |
| `proxyConfiguration` | Apify proxy is recommended for larger runs. |

Example input:

```json
{
    "countries": ["Germany"],
    "services": ["SEO"],
    "partnerTier": "Professional",
    "maxResults": 50
}
```

### Output

Every record has the same shape:

```json
{
    "id": "1993-design-associates",
    "slug": "1993-design-associates",
    "name": "Kun",
    "url": "https://experts.webflow.com/profile/1993-design-associates",
    "partnerTier": "Professional Partner",
    "startingPrice": 5000,
    "location": "Wellington, New Zealand",
    "country": "New Zealand",
    "languages": ["English", "Chinese (Mandarin)"],
    "website": "https://kunyang.webflow.io/",
    "tagline": "A distinct web identity created for you.",
    "services": ["Web Development", "Custom Code/Scripting", "E-commerce Development"],
    "about": "A creative developer specialising in Webflow...",
    "photoUrl": "https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/.../profile.png",
    "portfolioImages": ["https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/.../shot.jpeg"],
    "recommendationCount": 0,
    "recommendations": [],
    "scrapedAt": "2026-10-13T08:18:25.903Z"
}
```

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `id` | Stable key (the profile slug), safe for deduplication between runs |
| `name`, `url` | Expert or agency name and its Webflow profile page |
| `partnerTier` | Professional Partner or Enterprise Partner, null if none shown |
| `startingPrice` | Minimum project price in USD as listed on the profile |
| `location`, `country` | Location text and its last part |
| `languages`, `services` | Languages spoken and services offered |
| `website` | The expert's own site, when listed |
| `about`, `tagline` | Profile text |
| `recommendationCount`, `recommendations` | Client recommendations shown on the profile (first 10) |

### Pricing

Pay per event: a small fee when a run starts, then a fixed price per result returned. You only pay for records that pass your filters. Set `maxResults` to cap any run.

### Limitations

- Only profiles listed in the public sitemap are covered. Hidden or unpublished profiles are not.
- The directory does not publish email addresses or phone numbers, so none are returned.
- Filters are applied after each profile is read, so a narrow filter on a full run reads up to the whole directory (about 2,200 pages) and takes a few minutes.
- Results are returned in sitemap order (alphabetical by profile slug).

### FAQ

**Does it need a Webflow login?** No. It reads public pages only.

**How current is the data?** Live at the time of the run.

**Can I get templates or apps?** This Actor covers the Experts directory only.
