## Pricing

Pay per event

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Career Site Jobs Scraper: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday & SmartRecruiters

Get **every open job straight from company career sites** on the five most common applicant tracking systems (**Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and SmartRecruiters**) in **one run** with **one flat, CSV-ready schema**. Each row has the title, department, team, location, remote flag, employment type, posted date, salary, full description as clean text, and the apply link. Paste career-site URLs or **just company names**. Pricing is **$1.50 per 1,000 jobs**. You don't need a login, API key or proxies.

### Why this scraper

- **Five ATSs, one schema.** Most job scrapers on the Store cover one ATS. This one returns Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and SmartRecruiters jobs in the same 24 fields.
- **Company names work.** Enter `Notion` or `Stripe` and the Actor finds the company's public Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or SmartRecruiters board automatically. Workday sites need their URL.
- **Real salaries where they're published.** Structured pay ranges come from Ashby and Lever. Otherwise the Actor extracts a range from the description on a best-effort basis, e.g. "$120,000 – $150,000".
- **Filters that save money.** Filter by title keywords, location, remote only and posted since. Title and location filters are applied *before* fetching details, so you only pay for jobs you keep.
- **Reliable and quick.** Data comes from each ATS's official public job-board API, with retries and backoff. A company that fails is logged and the run continues.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `companies` | Career-site URLs, `ats:slug` (e.g. `greenhouse:stripe`) or company names, in any mix. |
| `maxJobsPerCompany` | Maximum jobs per company, counted after filters. The default is 500. |
| `titleKeywords` | Keep jobs whose title contains any of these words. |
| `locations` | Keep jobs whose location contains any of these, e.g. `London`, `Germany`, `remote`. |
| `remoteOnly` | Keep only jobs marked as remote. |
| `postedSince` | Keep only jobs posted on or after this date. |
| `includeDescription` | Include the full description as clean text. This is on by default. |
| `maxTotalJobs` | A hard cap on jobs for the whole run, to control cost. |

Example URL formats:

- `https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/stripe`
- `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir`
- `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp`
- `https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup`
- `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite`

```json
{ "companies": ["Stripe", "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp", "https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite"],
  "titleKeywords": ["engineer"], "locations": ["remote", "New York"], "postedSince": "2026-10-01" }
```

### Output (one row per job)

```json
{
  "ats": "ashby", "company": "Ramp", "jobId": "34413f8d-…", "title": "Security Engineer, Cloud",
  "department": "Engineering", "team": "Backend", "location": "New York, NY (HQ); Remote (US)", "country": "USA",
  "remote": true, "workplaceType": "Hybrid", "employmentType": "Full-time", "postedAt": "2026-04-07T17:12:35.753+00:00",
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-…", "applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-…/application",
  "salaryMin": 211400, "salaryMax": 290600, "salaryCurrency": "USD", "salaryInterval": "1 YEAR", "salaryText": "$211.4K - $290.6K",
  "description": "ABOUT RAMP\n\nRamp is building …"
}
```

### Use cases

- **Recruiting and sales intelligence:** track which companies are hiring for which roles, as a signal of buying intent.
- **Job boards and newsletters:** build a niche board, such as remote, Web3 or climate jobs, from company career sites with no duplicates from aggregators.
- **Market and salary research:** compare published pay ranges by role and location.
- **Monitoring:** run daily with `postedSince` and send new roles to Slack or Sheets.

### Notes

- Only **public** career-site job boards are read, which is what the companies themselves publish.
- Workday shows relative dates such as "Posted 30+ Days Ago". With descriptions on, the exact start date from the job page is used instead.
- A company-name lookup tries common slugs. If it can't find the board, paste the career-site URL.

### Pricing

**$1.50 per 1,000 jobs** ($0.0015 per job), including the full description, plus Apify's minimal run-start event. For example, all open jobs at 20 companies averaging 150 jobs each is 3,000 jobs and costs $4.50.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Career-site URLs from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters or Workday (e.g. https://jobs.lever.co/palantir, https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite), 'ats:slug' (greenhouse:stripe), or just a company name (Notion) to auto-detect Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby/SmartRecruiters. Workday needs the URL.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Cap per company, after filters.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains any of these (case-insensitive), e.g. engineer, sales. Empty = all.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location contains any of these, e.g. London, Germany, remote. Empty = all.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs the career site marks as remote.

## `postedSince` (type: `string`):

Keep jobs posted on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD). Great for daily monitoring.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Full job description as clean text. Turn off for faster Workday/SmartRecruiters runs (they need one extra request per job).

## `maxTotalJobs` (type: `integer`):

Optional hard cap across all companies, to control cost.
