## Pricing

from $0.56 / 1,000 ads

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Subito.it Scraper — All Categories

Extract listings from **[Subito.it](https://www.subito.it)**, Italy's largest classifieds site, in any category: items for sale, cars and motorbikes, real estate for sale or rent, jobs. Search by keyword or paste any Subito search URL, and get clean, structured data ready for Excel, Google Sheets or your API.

### What you get

- Title, full description, price (number + currency)
- Category, ad type (for sale / for rent / wanted / free)
- Location: town, province (with code), region
- Publication date (UTC, ISO 8601)
- All structured attributes Subito shows (e.g. for cars: make, model, year, km, fuel, gearbox, power; for flats: rooms, floor, heating, energy class)
- Item condition and shipping availability
- Photo URLs (full size) and the ad URL
- Seller type: `private` or `business`

**Privacy by design:** the scraper never saves the seller's name, phone number or profile.

### How to use

1. Type one or more **keywords** (e.g. `iphone 13`, `fiat panda`, `bilocale`), or paste **search URLs** copied from subito.it with your filters already set.
2. Optionally narrow the search: category slug (`auto`, `biciclette`, `appartamenti`…), region (`lombardia`, `lazio`…), province (`milano`, `roma`…), ad type, sort order, price range, private sellers or businesses only, shipping available.
3. Set **Max ads per search** and run. Export the results as JSON, CSV, Excel or via API.

Tip: keep **Match keyword in title only** on. Subito's default search also matches descriptions and returns many unrelated ads.

### Input example

```json
{
  "searches": ["fiat panda"],
  "category": "auto",
  "region": "lombardia",
  "province": "milano",
  "sellerType": "private",
  "minPrice": 3000,
  "maxItems": 200
}
```

### Output example

```json
{
  "id": "663007194",
  "title": "Fiat Panda 1.2 Dynamic Natural Power Mamy",
  "description": "FIAT PANDA NATURAL POWER MAMY, 1.2 BENZINA METANO…",
    "Km": "164494 Km",
    "Anno di immatricolazione": "2008",
  "url": "https://www.subito.it/auto/fiat-panda-1-2-dynamic-natural-power-mamy-milano-663007194.htm",
  "search": "fiat panda",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-17T21:11:30.240Z"
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$0.80 per 1,000 ads**, charged only for ads saved to the dataset; the run stops automatically at the spending limit you set.

### Use cases

- Price research for used cars, phones, bikes, furniture
- Real estate rental and sale monitoring by city
- Lead lists of dealers and agencies (business listings only)
- Market analysis of the Italian second-hand market

### Notes

- Speed: about 200 ads in 20 seconds. The scraper waits between pages to be gentle with the site.
- If Subito shows an anti-bot page the run stops with a clear message instead of trying to bypass it: try again later or enable a proxy in the input.
- Attribute names are in Italian, exactly as shown on Subito.
