## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

}
```
### How to use / Como usarlo
1. Pick **Date range** or **New since last run**. / Elija **Rango de fechas** o **Nuevas desde la ultima ejecucion**.
2. Optional filters: towns, NAICS prefixes (for example `23` construction, `722` restaurants), entity type, status. / Filtros opcionales.
3. Run, then download as CSV, Excel or JSON, or schedule it daily. / Ejecute y descargue en CSV, Excel o JSON, o programelo a diario.
"New since last run" remembers what it already delivered, so a daily schedule gives you only fresh filings with no repeats. Every run is also deduplicated by registry account number.
### Pricing / Precio
Pay per result: you pay only for records delivered, nothing for empty runs. About **$0.002 per record** (lower on higher Apify plans).
Example: 500 new filings = about **$1.00**. A daily Hartford County feed of 30 filings a day = about $1.80 a month.
Pago por resultado: solo paga por los registros entregados. Unos **$0.002 por registro**. Ejemplo: 500 registros = cerca de **$1.00**.
### FAQ / Preguntas frecuentes
El Estado lo actualiza casi a diario; lo consultamos en vivo en cada ejecucion.
**Why no owner or agent names? / Por que no hay nombres de personas?**
By design. This tool returns business facts only. Street address is off by default because many small businesses use a home address.
Por diseno. Solo devuelve datos de la empresa. La direccion esta apagada por defecto.
**Can AI agents use it? / Lo pueden usar agentes de IA?**
Yes. It is a simple batch run with per-result pricing and no login to any outside site.
**Is the industry code always filled? / Siempre viene el codigo NAICS?**
No. It is self-reported at filing and is blank for some businesses. NAICS filters skip blank rows.
