## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## EU & French Public Tender Watch (BOAMP + TED)

Find **open public tenders** in France (BOAMP) and across the European Union (TED) by keyword, CPV code and buyer country, in one run and one clean table.

### Why use it

- One search over the two official platforms instead of two websites with different filters.
- **Daily alerts**: schedule it with `publishedWithinDays = 1` and connect the dataset to e-mail, Slack, Google Sheets, n8n or Make.
- Only open calls by default: contract notices whose deadline has not passed.

### Who it is for

- Consulting firms, IT services companies and freelancers bidding on public contracts
- Bid managers and tender-monitoring teams
- Sales teams of software vendors selling to the public sector

### Input

- `keywords`: e.g. `logiciel`, `software`, `cybersécurité`, `cloud`
- `cpvCodes` (TED): e.g. `72000000` IT services, `48000000` software, `79400000` consulting
- `countries`: ISO 3-letter codes, e.g. `FRA`, `ITA`, `ESP`, `BEL`, `LUX`
- `publishedWithinDays`, `openOnly`, `maxResultsPerSource`, `language`

### Output (one row per notice)

`source`, `notice_id`, `title`, `buyer`, `country`, `departments` (BOAMP), `published_at`, `deadline`, `notice_type`, `procedure`, `contract_type`, `cpv` (TED), `url`.

### Data sources and licence

- BOAMP open data published by DILA, Licence Ouverte (Etalab).
- TED Search API v3 of the Publications Office of the European Union.
- Only notices about public buyers and contracts are returned. No personal data is collected.

### Limits

- CPV filtering applies to TED only; BOAMP is filtered by keywords on the notice title and descriptors.
- Keyword matching relies on each platform's own search: check the notice before bidding.
- Deadlines are given as published; some multi-lot TED notices have one deadline per lot (the latest is shown).

# Actor input Schema

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Words searched in the notice title (BOAMP: title and descriptors; TED: full text). Any keyword matches.

## `cpvCodes` (type: `array`):

8-digit CPV codes, e.g. 72000000 (IT services), 48000000 (software packages). Applied to TED.

## `countries` (type: `array`):

e.g. FRA, ITA, ESP, BEL, LUX. Empty = all EU. BOAMP is searched only if FRA is included or the list is empty.

## `sources` (type: `array`):

Which publication platforms to search.

## `publishedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

1 to 90. Use 1 for a daily schedule.

## `openOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only contract notices whose deadline is not passed (no award notices).

## `maxResultsPerSource` (type: `integer`):

1 to 1000.

## `language` (type: `string`):

Language used for TED notice titles and links when available.
