## Google News Intelligence — Topic Articles via RSS

Fresh Google News articles by topic or custom section, via the **public RSS**
endpoints — pure HTTP, **no API key, no browser, no proxy**. Deterministic
structured rows for news monitoring, media watch and AI agent pipelines.

### Input

- `topics` — WORLD, NATION, BUSINESS, TECHNOLOGY, SPORTS, SCIENCE, HEALTH,
  ENTERTAINMENT (empty = top stories). Each topic = one feed; merge results
  across feeds.
- `topicUrls` — custom Google News section feeds: full RSS URL or the path
  after `/rss/` (e.g. `/headlines/section/geo/France`).
- `region_language` — `ll:CC`, default `fr:FR` (`en:US`, `en:GB`, `de:DE`…).
- `timeframe` — `1h`/`1d`/`7d`/`30d` freshness filter (client-side on `publishedAt`).
- `maxArticles` — global cap (default 50, max 500).

### Pricing

`article-rss` — **$0.004 / article returned** (parité avec le prix standard du
mieux noté du marché — son $1/1k affiché est le palier Gold, la majorité de ses
acheteurs paient $0.004 ; coût de revient quasi nul côté nous : aucune raison de
brader). Runs returning nothing cost nothing.

### Honest notes

- Google News RSS item links are Google redirect URLs (`news.google.com/rss/articles/…`)
  that resolve to the publisher — we return them as-is.
- `source` comes from the RSS `<source>` tag; a few items lack it (null).
- RSS feeds are bounded (~30-100 items) regardless of `maxArticles`; timeframe is
  applied client-side to `publishedAt`, unparseable dates are kept with their raw value.
- **Images**: Google News topic RSS carries no media — `imageUrl` is null by design.
  Image enrichment (og:image via redirect resolution) is an optional roadmap toggle.
