## Pricing

from $2.00 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Brazil Tenders Scraper: PNCP Licitações to Excel

**Export Brazilian public tenders (licitações) from PNCP to Excel, CSV or JSON, with no API key.** Since the new procurement law (Lei 14.133/2021), every federal, state and municipal buyer in Brazil must publish its procurements on the **Portal Nacional de Contratações Públicas (PNCP)**. This Actor reads them from PNCP's **official open-data API** and returns one clean row per notice: object (objeto), buyer and CNPJ, city and state, modality, estimated value in BRL, proposal opening and closing dates, the link to the bidding system and, optionally, the edital and annex download links. On a normal business day PNCP publishes **~300 Pregão Eletrônico, ~90 Concorrência Eletrônica and ~900 Dispensa notices** (measured 2026-10-30). Schedule **"only new"** for daily licitação alerts.

Built by **TenderFeed** ([apify.com/tenderfeed](https://apify.com/tenderfeed)). No login, no browser, no HTML scraping.

### What can you do with it?

- **Licitação alerts**: open Pregões and Concorrências in your segment, state or city, with the proposal deadline and the link to Compras.gov.br / the buyer's platform.
- **Dispensa eletrônica opportunities**: small-value direct purchases with a short proposal window, ideal for small suppliers (`modalities: ["8"]`).
- **Market intelligence**: who buys what, where and for how much, across 5,000+ municipalities, states and federal bodies.
- **Bid consultancies and grant/tender writers**: feed a CRM or spreadsheet with every new edital for your clients.
- **AI agents**: use it as an **MCP tool** (Apify MCP server) and ask *"Which municipalities in Rio Grande do Norte opened software tenders this week?"*

### Input example

```json
{
  "keywords": ["software", "sistema de gestão"],
  "modalities": ["6", "4"],
  "states": ["RN", "PB", "PE"],
  "publishedFrom": "7 days",
  "onlyOpen": true,
  "minValue": 50000,
  "includeDocuments": true,
  "maxResults": 0
}
```

- `modalities` (PNCP codes): 6 Pregão Eletrônico, 4 Concorrência Eletrônica, 8 Dispensa, 9 Inexigibilidade, 12 Credenciamento, 1 Leilão Eletrônico, 3 Concurso, 15 Chamada pública, 18 Pregão Eletrônico Internacional and more. Empty = 6, 4 and 8.
- `keywords` match the object and complementary information, accent-insensitive (`licitacao` = `licitação`).
- `states` (UF), `cities`, `spheres` (F federal, E state, M municipal, D district), `buyerName`, `buyerCnpj` narrow the buyer.
- `minValue` / `maxValue` (BRL) apply to the estimated value (`valorTotalEstimado`).
- `onlyOpen` keeps active notices whose proposal deadline is still in the future.
- Default run: last 2 days, newest day first, 50 results.

#### Field coverage (live test, default input, 50 notices published 2026-11-03)

Title, buyer, city, state, modality, published date, proposal deadline, estimated value, PNCP link: 50/50. Bidding-system link: 49/50.

The data follows the same normalized schema as our other TenderFeed Actors ([EU TED](https://apify.com/tenderfeed/ted-eu-tenders), [SAM.gov](https://apify.com/tenderfeed/sam-gov-opportunities), [UK](https://apify.com/tenderfeed/uk-tenders), [Grants.gov](https://apify.com/tenderfeed/grants-gov-us), [USAspending](https://apify.com/tenderfeed/usaspending-contract-awards)).

### Daily alerts ("only new" monitoring mode)

Turn on `onlyNew`, set a `monitoringId` (for example `"rn-software"`) and schedule the Actor daily. Each run returns, and charges for, only notices you have not received yet. In our test, a second identical run skipped the 5 notices delivered by the first and returned 5 different ones.

### Sample output (real run)

One row from a run on 6 November 2026 (core columns only; every row also has description, status, procedureType, documentsUrl and more). Contact values are masked here. Since schema 1.2 every row also carries the cross-source columns `country`, `deadline`, `valueAmount`, `valueCurrency` and `cpvOrNaics` next to the original ones (`buyerCountry`, `deadlineAt`, `estimatedValue`, `currency`, `cpvCodes`/`naicsCodes`), which are unchanged.

```json
{
  "title": "Contratação de empresa especializada na prestação de serviços de tecnologia da informação para a concessão de direito de uso (locação) de...",
  "source": "br-pncp",
  "country": "BR",
  "noticeType": "Edital",
  "publishedAt": "2026-11-05T08:09:12",
  "deadline": "2026-11-23T08:59:00",
  "buyerName": "MUNICIPIO DE VARZEA PAULISTA",
  "valueAmount": 5085361.66,
  "valueCurrency": "BRL",
  "cpvOrNaics": null,
  "setAside": null,
  "url": "https://pncp.gov.br/app/editais/45780087000103/2026/129",
  "buyerContactName": null,
  "buyerContactEmail": null,
  "buyerContactPhone": null
}
```

### Limits and notes

- **Data source:** PNCP (Portal Nacional de Contratações Públicas) public API.
- **Access:** No login or API key.
- **Delays and gaps:** Notices are in Portuguese. The PNCP API can be slow or return intermittent errors; the Actor retries. Estimated value is as declared by the buyer (BRL).
- **Contacts:** No buyer contact persons are extracted.
- Fields the portal does not publish stay `null`; nothing is guessed or filled in.

### Pricing

Pay per result: you pay only for the notices saved to the dataset (see the price on this page), plus Apify's small run-start fee. The default run takes a few seconds.

### FAQ

**Is this official data?** Yes. It comes from the PNCP open-data API (`pncp.gov.br/api/consulta`), maintained by the Brazilian federal government under Lei 14.133/2021 (art. 174). No personal contact data is published there.

**Where do I submit a proposal?** On the bidding system shown in `submissionUrl` (Compras.gov.br or the buyer's own platform). PNCP itself is the publication portal.

**Does it cover old notices under Lei 8.666?** Only those the buyers published on PNCP. Coverage is complete for Lei 14.133 procurements.

**Something missing?** Open an issue on the Actor page. TenderFeed answers within one business day.
