- Workable: read the location from the flat `city`/`state`/`country` fields and the
  `locations` array that the widget API actually returns. The previous code only handled
  a `location` dict, which that API does not send, so every Workable row had a null
  `location`, `locations` and `country`. Verified against live boards.
- Workable: `department`, `team` (from `function`) and `employmentType` now return `null`
  instead of an empty string, and `workplaceType` is set to `Remote` for telecommuting roles.
- Input prefill now uses a real, live Workable board (`workable:blueground`).
- A Workable job short-link (`apply.workable.com/j/<code>`) is now rejected with a clear
  message instead of being read as the board token `j`.
