- `relatedPersons[]` with each officer's, director's and promoter's relationships
  and address, plus a flat `relatedPersonNames` list.
- `salesCompensationRecipients[]` with placement agents and CRD numbers.
- Filters on amount raised, offering size, industry, state, pooled funds,
  amendments and company age.
- Rate limited to 5 requests per second by default, capped at the SEC's published
  maximum of 10, with a declared User-Agent.
