## Pricing

from $2.69 / 1,000 profiles

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Link in Bio Email Scraper: Linktree, Stan, Komi, Taplink

[![87 link-in-bio profiles with emails, socials and every link in 93 seconds](https://api.apify.com/v2/key-value-stores/cUXz95yxflDho41nn/records/link-in-bio-email-scraper-hero.png)](https://console.apify.com/actors/6mGWqkWWpF7JgN5lA/input?fpr=ymnoit\&utm_source=apify-readme\&utm_medium=referral)

Updated 27 Oct 2026: first release. Linktree, Stan Store, Komi, Taplink, bio.link, Carrd, Snipfeed, Beacons and any other link-in-bio page, by link or username; one row per page with name, bio, avatar, every link with its title, social profiles, emails, phones and the business, booking and contact links; optional reading of the linked contact pages and the creator's own website for more emails, with the source of each one. Bookmark this Actor on its Store page so it is one click away next time.

### Why choose this actor?

- **Built for influencer outreach.** Each row carries the creator's email (the page's email button first), Instagram and TikTok usernames in their own columns, the full social list, every link in page order and a `contact_links` list that says which link is an email, a phone, a WhatsApp chat, a booking page, a contact form, a media kit or a business inquiry page. In our test of 105 real pages on 27 October 2026, 87 came back with data: 90% with social profiles, 91% with links, 41% with an email and 11% with a phone.
- **More emails from the links themselves.** Turn on `openLinkedPages` and the actor also opens the creator's contact and business links and their own website (and one contact page of it), then adds the addresses found there, each with `source` and `source_url`, so you can see where every email came from. Same price per profile.
- **You pay only for profiles with data.** Links that are not profile pages, usernames that do not exist, pages that show nothing (no links, socials, emails or phones), pages a site blocks, duplicates and the summary row are never charged. No account, cookies or API key.

### Try it in one minute

Paste this into the input (JSON view) and press Start. It returns three creators from Linktree, Stan Store and Komi. It took 10 seconds in our test run:

```json
{
  "profiles": [
    "https://linktr.ee/keneurich",
    "https://stan.store/LyftedbyQ",
    "https://kennyg.komi.io"
  ]
}
```

Paste as many links or usernames as you like, one per line, mixing platforms freely. A page given twice is read and charged once.

Apify's free plan includes $5 of credit every month, which covers about 1,100 profiles at this actor's price.

```text
themineworks/link-in-bio-email-scraper on Apify. Returns one row per link-in-bio page (Linktree, Stan Store, Komi, Taplink, bio.link, Carrd, Snipfeed, Beacons, Lnk.Bio, solo.to, link.me, hoo.be, AllMyLinks and any other bio link page) with display name, bio, avatar, every link with its title, social profiles, emails, phones and business, booking and contact links, with no login. Call ApifyClient("TOKEN").actor("themineworks/link-in-bio-email-scraper").call(run_input={"profiles": ["https://linktr.ee/keneurich", "stan.store/LyftedbyQ", "@selenagomez"], "openLinkedPages": true}), then client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).list_items().items. Inputs: profiles (links, links without https, @handles or bare usernames; up to 10000), defaultPlatform for bare usernames (linktree, stan, beacons, komi, taplink, biolink, carrd, snipfeed, lnkbio, soloto, linkme, hoobe, allmylinks; default linktree), openLinkedPages (default false: also open contact, business and media kit links, the own website and one other link page for more emails), maxLinkedPagesPerProfile (default 3, 1 to 6), maxConcurrency (default 6), proxyConfiguration (default Apify Proxy). Profile rows have no _type field and carry input, platform, platform_id, username, profile_url, display_name, bio, avatar_url, is_verified, category, country, links (position, title, url, type, group; Stan products add description, price, original_price), link_count, social_profiles (platform, url, handle), instagram_url, instagram_username, tiktok_url, tiktok_username, youtube_url, x_url, facebook_url, linkedin_url, threads_url, snapchat_url, twitch_url, spotify_url, website, contact_links (kind: email, phone, whatsapp, sms, booking, contact_form, media_kit, contact, business; title; url), booking_url, media_kit_url, phones, whatsapp, emails, email_sources (email, source: email_button, page_text, linked_contact_page, linked_website, linked_link_page; source_url), primary_email, has_email, linked_pages_checked (url, kind, status, emails_found), page_locked, sensitive_content, scraped_at. Each run also writes one row with _type "summary", one with _type "info" when profiles were delivered, and a row with _type "error" for each input that could not be read (invalid_input, not_found, blocked, empty, fetch_error); none of these is charged. ### Key features
- **Every major link-in-bio host.** Linktree, Stan Store, Komi and Taplink each have their own reader that takes the page's own data (Linktree's page JSON, Stan's store blocks, Komi's public profile data, Taplink's page data), so links come back with their titles, sections and, for Stan, product prices. bio.link, Carrd, Snipfeed, Lnk.Bio, solo.to, link.me, hoo.be, AllMyLinks and any other page go through a general reader that takes the name, bio, avatar, links, social profiles and emails from the page, including emails hidden behind Cloudflare email protection.
- **Links or usernames.** Paste full links, links without https, @handles or bare usernames. Bare usernames are looked up on the platform you choose in `defaultPlatform` (Linktree by default). Stan product links such as stan.store/name/p/product read the creator's store.
- **Contact links sorted for you.** `contact_links` marks each email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, booking (Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, Booksy, Fresha, Cameo and more), contact form, media kit, contact and business inquiry link. `booking_url`, `media_kit_url` and `whatsapp` give the first of each in a column.
- **Emails with their source.** `email_sources` says for each address whether it came from an email button on the page, the page text, a linked contact page, the creator's website or another link page of the same creator. Placeholder addresses and platform addresses (support@ of Linktree, Stan, Shopify and the like) are dropped. A linked page that lists more than five addresses (a team page, a directory) gives only the addresses on its own domain, at most three.
- **Made for pipelines.** One profile per call from Clay, n8n, Make or an AI agent works as well as 10,000 in one run. The first row is delivered as soon as it is read, so a single lookup does not wait for a batch.
- **Stops cleanly.** A site that answers four pages in a row with a bot check is skipped for the rest of the run (free error rows), 12 failed profiles in a row end the run, and the run stops before its time limit and keeps every row it read.
### How to use it
#### Basic: a list of creator pages
```json
{
  "profiles": [
    "https://linktr.ee/keneurich",
    "linktr.ee/pt.strong",
    "https://stan.store/budgettipsandtricks",
    "https://taplink.cc/_avanpost_",
    "https://bio.link/art"
  ]
}
```
#### Outreach list: more emails from the linked pages
```json
{
  "profiles": ["https://linktr.ee/keneurich", "https://stan.store/LyftedbyQ"],
  "openLinkedPages": true,
  "maxLinkedPagesPerProfile": 3
}
```
The actor opens each profile's contact and business links, the creator's own website and one other link page, and adds what it finds to `emails` with the source in `email_sources`.
#### Usernames from a spreadsheet
```json
{
  "profiles": ["keneurich", "pt.strong", "@selenagomez"],
  "defaultPlatform": "linktree"
}
```
#### One profile at a time from Clay, n8n or an AI agent
```json
{
  "profiles": ["https://kennyg.komi.io"]
}
```
One row comes back, or one free error row that says why not (not found, blocked, empty).
### Input parameters
| Field | Type | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
| `profiles` | list of strings | required | Link-in-bio links, links without https, @handles or bare usernames, one per line. Up to 10,000 per run. |
| `defaultPlatform` | string | `linktree` | Where a bare username is looked up: linktree, stan, beacons, komi, taplink, biolink, carrd, snipfeed, lnkbio, soloto, linkme, hoobe, allmylinks. Links always go to their own platform. |
| `openLinkedPages` | boolean | `false` | Also open the profile's contact, business and media kit links, the creator's own website (plus one contact page of it) and one other link page, and add the emails found there. |
| `maxLinkedPagesPerProfile` | integer | `3` | The most linked pages opened per profile, 1 to 6. |
| `maxConcurrency` | integer | `6` | Pages read at the same time, 1 to 20. |
| `proxyConfiguration` | object | Apify Proxy | Apify Proxy (datacenter) is included. Beacons answers most proxy IPs with a bot check; a proxy of your own may get those pages through. |
### What data do you get?
One row per page. A field the page does not show is left out of the row (or empty for lists).
| `is_verified`, `category`, `country` | Linktree verified badge, categories the page gives itself (Linktree, Komi), Linktree country |
| `links`, `link_count` | Every link in page order with position, title, url, type and group (section or folder); Stan products add description, price and original_price |
| `social_profiles` | Each social profile with platform, url and handle |
| `instagram_url`, `instagram_username`, `tiktok_url`, `tiktok_username`, `youtube_url`, `x_url`, `facebook_url`, `linkedin_url`, `threads_url`, `snapchat_url`, `twitch_url`, `spotify_url` | The first profile of each network, in its own column |
| `website` | The creator's own website (its home page) |
| `contact_links` | Business, booking and contact links, each with kind, title and url |
| `booking_url`, `media_kit_url`, `whatsapp` | The first booking link, the first media kit link and the WhatsApp number |
| `emails`, `primary_email`, `has_email` | Every email found, best first |
| `email_sources` | Each email with source (email_button, page_text, linked_contact_page, linked_website, linked_link_page) and source_url |
| `phones` | Phone numbers from tel and WhatsApp links and the bio |
| `linked_pages_checked` | With `openLinkedPages`: each linked page opened, its status and how many emails it gave |
| `scraped_at` | When the page was read |
Fill rates in our test of 87 delivered profiles (27 Oct 2026): display name 99%, avatar 100%, links 91%, social profiles 90%, bio 82%, Instagram 75%, TikTok 47%, contact links 44%, email 41%, YouTube 30%, website 18%, phone 11%. On Linktree alone: social profiles 96%, links 96%, Instagram 78%, email 40%. On Stan: social profiles 92%, Instagram 83%, email 46%.
#### Stable fields for automations
These fields keep their names and types across versions: `input`, `platform_id`, `username`, `profile_url`, `display_name`, `primary_email`, `emails`, `has_email`, `instagram_username`, `tiktok_username`, `website`, `booking_url`, `phones`, `scraped_at`. Match rows to your records on `input` (your value as given) or `profile_url`.
### Pricing
Pay per event: you pay for the profiles you receive, plus a flat $0.001 per run, whatever memory you choose. Linked pages, contact links and every field cost nothing extra.
| Event | When it is charged | Free plan | Bronze (Starter) | Silver (Scale) | Gold (Business) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| `profile-scraped` | Once per profile row stored in your dataset | $4.49 per 1,000 | $3.79 per 1,000 | $3.19 per 1,000 | $2.69 per 1,000 |
| `run-start` | Once per run, after the first profile row is stored | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 | $0.001 |
The price of one profile is the price per 1,000 divided by 1,000. A profile costs the same with one link or a hundred, with or without an email.
Never charged:
- inputs that are not a link or a username (each gets an error row);
- usernames and links with no page behind them;
- pages that exist but show no links, social profiles, emails or phones (inactive pages);
- pages a site answers with a bot check;
- a page given twice in the same run;
- the summary, info and error rows;
- a run that delivers no profile: the start fee is charged only after the first profile row is stored;
- anything past your "Max cost per run". The actor checks the budget before each batch of rows and stops while the total is still below your limit, so the run ends SUCCEEDED with a partial result and a status message saying so.
### Run it on a schedule
1. Open the actor in Apify Console, set your input and click **Save as a new task**.
2. In the task, open **Schedules**, click **Add schedule** and pick how often (every month, every Monday at 08:00 and so on).
3. Compare runs on `profile_url` to see new links, new emails or a changed booking link for the creators you track.
4. Optional: add an integration (Google Sheets, Slack, a webhook) so each run lands where your team works.
### FAQ
#### Which platforms does it read?
Linktree, Stan Store, Komi and Taplink with their own readers; bio.link, Carrd, Snipfeed (now planoly.store), Lnk.Bio, solo.to, link.me, hoo.be, AllMyLinks, Campsite, Tap.Bio, Milkshake, bio.site, Pillar, Linkpop and any other link-in-bio page through the general reader. Beacons is read when its pages load (see below).
#### Why do my Beacons profiles come back as "blocked"?
Beacons shows a bot check to clients that are not full browsers, and in our tests on 27 October 2026 it did so on every Apify datacenter and residential IP we tried. The actor tries each Beacons page twice with a Firefox like connection; when the bot check stays, the row is a free error row. A proxy of your own (set in `proxyConfiguration`) may get Beacons pages through. When a page does load, the row has name, bio, avatar, social profiles and the main link.
#### Where do the emails come from?
From the page's email buttons (mailto links and Linktree, Komi and Taplink email icons), from addresses written on the page, including ones hidden by Cloudflare email protection, and, with `openLinkedPages` on, from the linked contact pages, the creator's own website and one other link page. `email_sources` names the source of each address. The actor never guesses an address from a name or a domain.
#### What does `openLinkedPages` open?
For each profile, in this order: links the page marks as contact, business or media kit (on other sites, not the link page itself), the creator's own website (a link the page calls website, or one whose domain carries the name or handle), plus one contact page of that site when the home page has no address, and one other link-in-bio page of the same creator. At most `maxLinkedPagesPerProfile` pages. Booking tools, forms and social networks are not opened, because they carry no address of the creator.
#### How many profiles have an email?
It depends on the niche. In our test of 105 random pages, 41% of the 87 delivered profiles had an email: 33 from the page itself, 6 more from linked pages. Business and creator pages with a management contact have one far more often than personal pages.
#### Why are some profiles not charged and missing from the results?
Pages that do not exist, inactive pages that show nothing, and pages a site blocks get a free error row with the reason instead. In our test, 8 of 15 random Komi pages and 5 of 15 random Taplink pages were inactive; every Linktree and Stan page had data.
#### Can I give usernames instead of links?
Yes. Put the username (with or without @) in `profiles` and pick the platform in `defaultPlatform`. Links in the same list keep their own platform.
#### What is in `contact_links`?
Every link that is a way to reach the creator: email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, booking pages (Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, Booksy, Fresha, Vagaro, Cameo and similar), contact forms (Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform, Tally), media kits, contact pages and business or collaboration links, each with its title. A Stan product that sells a call or session counts as booking.
#### How long does a run take?
About one second per profile at the default settings: 105 profiles took 93 seconds with linked pages on, 100 took 60 seconds with them off.
#### Do I need an account, cookies or a proxy?
No. The actor reads public pages over Apify Proxy, which is included. Nothing to set up.
#### Can I use it from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor (MCP)?
Yes, through Apify's MCP server. Connector URL: https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=themineworks/link-in-bio-email-scraper
- Claude: Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector, paste the URL, sign in with Apify.
- ChatGPT: turn on developer mode, add an MCP connector with the URL, sign in with Apify.
- Cursor or VS Code: add it as an HTTP MCP server with that URL.
- Claude Code: `claude mcp add -t http link-in-bio-email-scraper "https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=themineworks/link-in-bio-email-scraper"`
#### Which formats can I download?
JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, RSS and HTML from the run's Storage tab or through the API. The dataset has three ready views: Profiles, Contacts, and Links and socials. In CSV and Excel, lists such as `links` and `social_profiles` are flattened into columns such as `links/0/url` and `social_profiles/0/handle`.
#### Is it legal to scrape link-in-bio pages?
The actor reads only what each page shows to any visitor without logging in: the name, bio, links and contact details the creator published so people can reach them. It does not log in or solve CAPTCHAs. You are responsible for how you use the data, including each platform's terms, data protection law such as GDPR and CCPA, and the rules on contacting people in your country (for email outreach, CAN-SPAM and its equivalents). This is general information, not legal advice.
### Integrations
- **Google Sheets**: send each run's profiles to a sheet with Apify's Google Sheets integration; one row per creator fits a sheet as is.
- **Clay, Make, Zapier and n8n**: call the actor once per creator with a profile link, for example "add the creator's email and Instagram username to every new row in my outreach sheet".
- **Webhooks**: have Apify call your URL when a run succeeds, then fetch the dataset.
- **API and SDKs**: run it from Python or JavaScript with the Apify client, or with a plain HTTP call (see "Copy to your AI assistant" above).
- **MCP clients**: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code can run it as a tool through the connector URL in the FAQ.
### Support
Found a page that should work and does not, or a link-in-bio host you need read better? Open an issue in the Issues tab with the link and the run ID, and we will look at it. For a field you need or a new source, email dmineworks@gmail.com.
*Paste Linktree, Stan Store, Komi, Taplink, bio.link, Carrd or Beacons links or usernames and get one row per creator with name, bio, every link, social profiles, emails, phones and booking links, no login.*
# Actor input Schema
## `profiles` (type: `array`):
One per line: a full link (https://linktr.ee/name, https://stan.store/name, https://name.komi.io, https://taplink.cc/name, https://bio.link/name, https://name.carrd.co, https://beacons.ai/name), a link without https, an @handle or a bare username. Bare usernames are read on the platform chosen below. Any other link-in-bio host works through the general reader. Up to 10,000 per run; one per run is fine for Clay, n8n or an AI agent.
## `defaultPlatform` (type: `string`):
Where a username without a link is looked up. Links always go to their own platform.
## `openLinkedPages` (type: `boolean`):
On: for each profile the actor also opens its contact, business or media kit links, the creator's own website (plus one contact page of it when the home page has no address) and one other link-in-bio page of the same creator, and adds the emails found there with their source. Off: only the link-in-bio page itself is read. Same price per profile either way; runs take longer when on.
## `maxLinkedPagesPerProfile` (type: `integer`):
The most linked pages opened for one profile, 1 to 6. Only used when the option above is on.
## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):
1 to 20. The default suits nearly every run.
## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
Apify Proxy (datacenter) is used by default and is included. Beacons answers most proxy IPs with a bot check; your own proxy may get those pages through.
