One Actor for the whole App Store surface. Pick a mode with `scraperType` and the run produces catalog records, ranked search results, a publisher's portfolio, recent reviews, or the US top-free chart.

Search rows are the same complete catalog record as `appDetail`, plus `search_query` tying each row to the phrase that found it. Apple returns at most 200 results for one search request, so `maxItems: 0` removes the Actor-side cap without extending a query past that ceiling.

Swap `queries` for `developer_ids` and set `scraperType` to `developerApps` for a publisher's catalog instead; those rows carry `source_developer_id`.

### Things worth knowing before the first run

**Does `country` change the chart?** No. The chart mode always reads the United States top-free listing, whatever `country` is set to. The dedicated [Apple App Store Charts Scraper](https://apify.com/thenetaji/apple-app-store-charts-scraper) pins the field to a US-only dropdown; a shared form cannot, because the other four modes accept any storefront.

**How many reviews can one app return?** At most 500 per app and country, and only from the recent window — this is not complete review history. `maxReviews` accepts 1–500 and applies per app, so two apps at 100 can return 200 rows. Schedule repeated runs and deduplicate on `review_id` for an ongoing monitor.

**Why is `maxItems` 100 rather than 0?** The modes disagree about the right default, so the shared one ships. Set `0` when you are feeding a long `app_ids` or `developer_ids` list. In the chart mode the published snapshot tops out at 100 entries regardless, so `0` still returns at most 100 rows.

**One mode per run, or several?** One. `scraperType` selects a single dataset and the other sections are ignored for that run.

**What happens when a lookup fails?** An ID missing from the selected `country` is skipped and the rest of the list continues. A developer with no apps in that storefront, or an app with an empty review feed, finishes successfully with no rows. Optional fields stay null or empty when Apple does not publish them, and availability is storefront-specific — an empty result in one `country` does not prove the app or publisher is gone elsewhere.
