## Pricing

$50.00 / 1,000 completed triage reports

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Scrape Response Triage

Check a scraper response before trusting its extracted data. A technically successful HTTP response may still contain a login form, human-verification page or JavaScript shell. This tool returns explicit review findings from saved responses.

Launch price: US$0.05 per completed report covering 1-20 responses within the limits below. One triage-completed event per report; no start fee, per-response fee or separate platform-usage charge. Malformed input fails before the report event. A completed report with findings, including a challenge warning, is still a charged report. A new run produces another report and charge. The Store Pricing tab is authoritative.

Inspect saved HTTP/HTML responses without fetching URLs, executing JavaScript or bypassing challenges. Input: responses_json JSON text array of 1-20 response objects. Required fields: unique nonblank label (128 characters), integer status_code (100-599), content_type (128 characters), html. Optional required_text and required_tags: up to 20 unique strings each, 128 characters; tags must be lowercase ASCII names. Required text uses exact case-sensitive substrings after observed whitespace collapses.

Limits: input 2 MiB UTF-8, nesting 16, 200000 JSON nodes; each HTML 256 KiB, total HTML 1 MiB, 20000 tags per response, HTML depth 128, 80 attributes per tag; report 4 MiB. Invalid, ambiguous structural input and excess limits fail without a report.

Reports flag HTTP errors, unexpected media types, possible login/challenge/shell responses and absent configured evidence. Findings are heuristic and can be wrong. no_configured_flags is not proof of correct extraction. Script/style/template/noscript/title text and comments are excluded; CSS-hidden text can still count. Malformed HTML is not repaired or rendered.

One dataset report retains labels and hashes but omits raw HTML, titles, observed text and required text. Only submit authorised non-sensitive data: input/output pass through Apify storage.

Apify SDK 4.1.0. Use 256 MiB, 60 seconds, restart-on-error off, standby off. Adapter retains an existing default-dataset report on restart; this is not an exactly-once concurrency guarantee. The implementation passed 46 shared core/boundary/adapter tests. A prior synthetic cloud run correctly separated a challenge response from a product response. These checks do not establish production reliability or customer adoption.

### Quick start

Run the prefilled synthetic example in Input. It includes a challenge response and a product response; inspect responses\[].findings in the one dataset report. Replace responses_json with your own authorised saved responses. A label identifies each response; raw HTML is omitted from the report.

### Fits an existing pipeline

Save HTTP status, content type and HTML in your existing scraper, then supply that saved response to this Actor before downstream processing. It does not fetch a URL or connect automatically to an upstream scraper. Use the documented JSON fields through Apify API or Console.

# Actor input Schema

## `responses_json` (type: `string`):

JSON text only. Use authorised non-sensitive synthetic or public data. See README for exact fields and limits.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "responses_json": "[{\"label\":\"synthetic-challenge\",\"status_code\":200,\"content_type\":\"text/html\",\"html\":\"<html><head><title>Just a moment...</title></head><body>Please verify you are human<script src=\\\"https://challenges.cloudflare.com/a.js\\\"></script></body></html>\",\"required_text\":[\"Product\"],\"required_tags\":[\"article\"]},{\"label\":\"synthetic-product\",\"status_code\":200,\"content_type\":\"text/html\",\"html\":\"<html><body><article>Product 001 Blue mug</article></body></html>\",\"required_text\":[\"Product\"],\"required_tags\":[\"article\"]}]"
# API
You can run this Actor programmatically using our API. Below are code examples in JavaScript, Python, and CLI, as well as the OpenAPI specification and MCP server setup.
## JavaScript example
```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';

// Initialize the ApifyClient with your Apify API token
// Replace the '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>' with your token
const client = new ApifyClient({
    token: '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>',
});

// Prepare Actor input
const input = {
    "responses_json": "[{\"label\":\"synthetic-challenge\",\"status_code\":200,\"content_type\":\"text/html\",\"html\":\"<html><head><title>Just a moment...</title></head><body>Please verify you are human<script src=\\\"https://challenges.cloudflare.com/a.js\\\"></script></body></html>\",\"required_text\":[\"Product\"],\"required_tags\":[\"article\"]},{\"label\":\"synthetic-product\",\"status_code\":200,\"content_type\":\"text/html\",\"html\":\"<html><body><article>Product 001 Blue mug</article></body></html>\",\"required_text\":[\"Product\"],\"required_tags\":[\"article\"]}]"
};

// Run the Actor and wait for it to finish
const run = await client.actor("theonlyxic/my-actor-1").call(input);

// Fetch and print Actor results from the run's dataset (if any)
console.log('Results from dataset');
console.log(`💾 Check your data here: https://console.apify.com/storage/datasets/${run.defaultDatasetId}`);
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
items.forEach((item) => {
    console.dir(item);
});
