## Pricing

from $2.80 / 1,000 tenders

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## EU Tender Monitor: TED public procurement alerts

Get **new public tenders from all EU countries** (plus EEA) from **TED, Tenders Electronic Daily**, the official EU procurement journal,
filtered by **keyword, CPV code, buyer country and minimum value**. Only **open** tenders by default, and scheduled runs deliver **only notices
you have not seen before**. Titles in your language, deadline, estimated value, buyer, CPV codes and a direct PDF link.

**Typical uses:** a daily tender alert for your sector (IT, construction, consulting, medical …) · bid/no-bid pipeline for sales teams ·
monitoring what agencies in your region are buying · feeding new tenders into a CRM or Slack.

### Output per notice

`publicationNumber` · `title` (chosen language) · `procedureTitle` (original language) · `buyerName` · `buyerCity` · `buyerCountry` ·
`publicationDate` · `deadline` · `daysToDeadline` · `totalValue` · `currency` · `cpvCodes[]` · `contractNature` · `procedureType` ·
`noticeType` · `placeOfPerformance[]` (NUTS) · `url` · `pdfUrl` · `dataWarning` · `firstSeenAt`

### Example (real run, 13.10.2026)

CPV 72 + 48 (IT services, software), buyers in DE + AT, last 7 days, titles in German → **167 open tenders** (171 matched, 4 already closed).
The largest: an Austrian federal Microsoft Enterprise framework, **1.698 billion EUR**, deadline in 29 days. A second run right after: **0 new**.

```json
{
 "publicationNumber": "693066-2026",
 "title": "Deutschland – Softwareprogrammierung und -beratung – Rahmenvertrag Personaldienstleistungen für Digital- und IT-Projekte",
 "buyerName": "Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte",
 "buyerCity": "Bonn",
 "buyerCountry": "DEU",
 "publicationDate": "2026-10-08",
 "deadline": "2026-11-02",
 "totalValue": 141848739,
 "currency": "EUR",
 "cpvCodes": [
  "72254000"
 ],
```

### Input

```json
{ "keywords": ["cloud"], "cpvCodes": ["72", "48"], "countries": ["DE", "AT"], "lookbackDays": 7, "minValue": 100000, "titleLanguage": "en" }
```

- **CPV codes** may be short (`72` = all IT services); **countries** as 2- or 3-letter ISO codes. **Keywords** search the full notice text (OR).
- Default notice types are *calls for competition* (contract notices + prior information notices used as call). Add `can-standard` for contract awards.
- `expertQuery` accepts your own TED expert-search query.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **$0.004 per tender** on the free plan, −10/−20/−30 % on higher Apify plans. Already-delivered, closed and filtered notices are never charged.
`maxNotices` (default 200) caps a run; notices above the cap come in the next run.

### License, data quality, limits

- TED legal notice: procurement notices "can be freely reused, for commercial or non-commercial purposes". This Actor is not endorsed by the EU.
- **No personal data:** only organisation-level fields are requested (no contact persons, e-mails or phone numbers).
- Data is as published by the buyers: some notices have no value or deadline; in rare cases the buyer field contains the procedure title. The Actor
  then leaves `buyerName` empty and sets `dataWarning` instead of passing the wrong value on.
- `totalValue` is the value published in the notice (often an estimate or framework ceiling), in the notice's currency.

# Actor input Schema

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Any of these words or phrases in the notice (OR). Leave empty to use only CPV/country filters.

## `cpvCodes` (type: `array`):

Common Procurement Vocabulary codes; short codes match whole groups (72 = IT services, 48 = software packages, 45 = construction work, 79 = business services).

## `countries` (type: `array`):

ISO codes, 2 or 3 letters (DE, AT, FR or DEU, AUT, FRA). Empty = all countries.

## `lookbackDays` (type: `integer`):

Only notices published in this window (ignored if From date is set).

## `fromDate` (type: `string`):

YYYY-MM-DD, overrides the look-back window.

## `onlyOpen` (type: `boolean`):

Skips notices whose submission deadline has passed. Notices without a deadline are kept.

## `minValue` (type: `integer`):

Only notices with a published total value at or above this amount (in the notice currency). Notices without a value are skipped when this is set.

## `noticeTypes` (type: `array`):

TED notice types. Default = calls for competition: cn-standard, cn-social, cn-desg, pin-cfc-standard, pin-cfc-social. Add can-standard for contract awards.

## `titleLanguage` (type: `string`):

TED publishes notice titles in all EU languages; this picks one (English fallback).

## `expertQuery` (type: `string`):

Your own TED expert-search query; replaces the filters above.

## `maxNotices` (type: `integer`):

Cost guard. Notices above the limit are not lost: they come in the next run.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

Remembers delivered publication numbers per watch list.

## `watchName` (type: `string`):

Name for the memory of this search. Default: the query itself (changing filters starts a fresh memory).

## `stateStoreName` (type: `string`):

Named key-value store that remembers delivered notices.
