# Owner phones from a property list

**Use case:** 

Turn a list of property owners and addresses into verified owner phone numbers and emails, ready for your dialer. Only the named owner is charged: if they do not live at the property, the owner is looked up by name in the property's city and state instead of billing a tenant. Pay only for verified matches.
