## Pricing

from $0.67 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Airbnb Reviews Scraper

Export the public guest reviews of any Airbnb listing as clean rows, newest first. Each review has the star rating, the full comment, its language, the date, the reviewer's first name and how long the guest stayed. Paste listing IDs or room links and collect the reviews of many listings in one run.

### What data can you extract?

| Field | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `review_id` | String | Airbnb ID of the review. |
| `rating` | Integer or null | Star rating from 1 to 5 the guest gave. |
| `comment` | String or null | Full review text in its original language. |
| `language` | String or null | Two-letter language code of the review. |
| `created_at` | String | ISO 8601 date and time the review was posted, in UTC. |
| `reviewer_first_name` | String or null | First name of the guest as shown on Airbnb. |
| `stay_length` | String or null | Length of the stay as Airbnb shows it, for example Stayed a few nights. |
| `listing_id` | String | Airbnb listing ID the review belongs to. |
| `listing_total_reviews` | Integer or null | Total number of reviews of the listing. |
| `input_listing` | String | Listing ID or link from your input. |
| `scraped_at` | String | UTC date and time when this record was collected. |

### Use cases

- Hosts can read what guests praise and criticize at competing listings in their area.
- Property managers can track new reviews across all their listings in one sheet.
- Analysts can run sentiment analysis on guest feedback by city or listing type.
- Investors can check guest complaints, such as noise or cleanliness, before they buy in an area.

### How to use

1. Add one entry per listing to `listings`, with a listing ID such as `29754402` or a room link.
2. Set `maxResults` to the number of reviews you want for each listing.
3. Start the run. Each review gives one dataset row with the listing ID.

```json
{
  "listings": [
    {
      "listing_id": "29754402"
    }
  ],
  "maxResults": 20
}
```

### Input

| Field | Type | Required | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `listings` | Array\<object> | Yes | Airbnb listings whose reviews you want, one per entry. Paste the listing ID or the room link. |
| `listings[].listing_id` | string | Yes per entry | Airbnb listing ID such as 18648717, or the room link such as https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/18648717. |
| `maxResults` | integer | No | Maximum reviews to save for each listing, newest first. Airbnb returns 50 reviews per page. |
| `maxPages` | integer | No | Maximum pages to request for each batch entry. |

### Output example

```json
{
  "review_id": "1791203984471029384",
  "rating": 5,
  "comment": "Lovely loft right by the river. Spotless, quiet at night and the host left great tips for dinner in Ribeira. We would book it again.",
  "language": "en",
  "created_at": "2026-10-04T18:22:10Z",
  "reviewer_first_name": "Helena",
  "stay_length": "Stayed a few nights",
  "listing_id": "31840217",
  "listing_total_reviews": 287,
  "input_listing": "29754402",
  "scraped_at": "2026-10-01T12:00:00Z"
}
```

### Pricing

$1.00 per 1,000 results. Apify saves one dataset item per result and applies the Actor’s per-result price to saved items.

Pagination follows the source response. Set **maxPages** per batch entry and **maxResults** for each entry.

### FAQ

#### Is scraping this information legal?

Rules depend on the source, location, data type, and intended use. Check applicable laws and source terms, and make sure your workflow follows privacy and data protection requirements.

#### What limits apply?

Submit up to 100 batch entries per run. Use **maxResults** to cap saved items for each entry and **maxPages** to limit pages for each entry. Results also depend on source availability and your Scrappa API plan.

#### Can I start runs through the Apify API?

Yes. Send a POST request to `https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/thescrappa~airbnb-reviews-scraper/runs` with your Actor input, or use an Apify client library. Read the output from the run dataset.

#### Can I connect the results to other tools?

Yes. Apify integrations and APIs can pass dataset results to Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, and other data workflows.

#### What happens when one input fails?

The Actor logs a short source error and continues with the remaining entries. Transient rate limits and gateway errors are retried; if every entry fails, the run reports an error.

#### Where do I find the listing ID?

It is the number after /rooms/ in the Airbnb link. You can paste the whole link, or get IDs with the Airbnb Search Scraper.

#### Are reviews translated?

No. You get the original text, and the language field tells you its language.
