## Pricing

from $2.00 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Shopify Store Analyzer — Tech Stack, Apps & Product Intelligence

**One call → a full store-intelligence report.** Point it at any Shopify store and get catalog stats, price bands, best sellers, 35+ detected apps, ad-tracking pixel IDs, a dropshipper-risk score, store health, upsell gaps, and run-over-run change tracking — as clean JSON.

### AI agent quick start

#### Availability, status and monitoring

- Read `SUMMARY.status` in the run's key-value store: `OK`, `PARTIAL_RESULTS`, or `NO_RESULTS`. `ERRORS` lists per-store failures.
- `data_quality` on each record is `full` or `partial` (store reachable but catalog endpoint empty).
- With `trackChanges: true`, the first run writes a baseline; later runs return a `changes` diff (product count, median price, apps added/removed).
- Unreachable or non-Shopify URLs go to `ERRORS`, not charged dataset rows.

Use the Actor as the MCP tool `thirdwatch/shopify-store-analyzer`:

`https://mcp.apify.com?tools=thirdwatch/shopify-store-analyzer`

Always send `mode` explicitly. Start with one store, inspect the dataset and `SUMMARY`, then expand.

| Goal | `mode` | Required input |
|---|---|---|
| Full intelligence for known stores | `analyze` | `storeUrls` |
| Classify storefront platforms quickly | `quick_check` | `storeUrls` |

Minimal request:

```json
{
  "mode": "analyze",
  "storeUrls": ["https://allbirds.com"],
  "outputPreset": "compact"
}
```

Agent notes:

- `outputPreset: "compact"` for general answers, `"leads"` for outreach lists, `"full"` for the complete record.
- Nested objects are the default. Use `flatOutput: true` only for flat-column destinations like Sheets.
- Signals are derived from public storefront data — catalog JSON and page markup — not internal Shopify data.

> **Pay per store report, no subscription.** Compare that to StoreLeads ($29/mo) or Commerce Inspector ($10/mo).

### Sample output (abbreviated)

```json
{
  "domain": "gymshark.com",
  "is_shopify": true,
  "theme": "Impulse",
  "shopify_plus": false,
  "tech_stack": ["Klaviyo", "Judge.me", "ReCharge", "Hotjar"],
  "tracking_ids": {"google_tag_manager": "GTM-AB1234", "facebook_pixel": "1234567890"},
  "product_count": 412,
  "price_median": 34.0,
  "pct_on_sale": 18.2,
  "price_distribution": {"under_25": 90, "25_50": 210, "50_100": 90, "100_250": 22},
  "new_products_30d": 14,
  "best_sellers": [{"title": "…", "price": 38.0, "url": "https://…"}],
  "dropshipper_risk_bucket": "low",
  "store_health_score": 90,
  "upsell_gaps": ["missing loyalty program", "missing subscriptions"]
}
```

### What you get per store

- **Catalog intelligence** — product count, price min/median/max, price distribution bands, % on sale, new-product velocity (7/30/90 days), vendor and product-type concentration, top tags, avg images per product, top best sellers with URLs.
- **Tech stack** — 35+ app detectors across reviews, email/SMS, subscriptions, loyalty, support, page builders, analytics, logistics, dropshipping, payments, search, CRO.
- **Tracking IDs** — GTM, GA4, Universal Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, Snapchat Pixel, Klaviyo public key, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity. Match operators across domains via shared pixel IDs.
- **Dropshipper risk score** (0–100) with named signals — dropship apps, catalog/vender diversity, perpetual-discount ratio, thin imagery, AliExpress references.
- **Store health score** (0–100) — composite of catalog depth, reviews/email presence, tracking maturity, and recent product activity.
- **Upsell gaps** — which app categories a store is missing; a ready pitch list for app vendors and agencies.
- **Change tracking** — `trackChanges: true` snapshots each store; later runs return `changes` with product-count and median-price deltas plus apps added/removed.

### Input

| Field | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| `mode` | string | `analyze` | `analyze` or `quick_check` |
| `storeUrls` | string\[] | — | Domains or URLs (max 200) |
| `outputPreset` | string | `full` | `compact`, `leads`, `full` |
| `flatOutput` | bool | `false` | Flatten nested fields |
| `trackChanges` | bool | `false` | Snapshot + diff across runs |
| `bestSellerCount` | int | `10` | Top products per store |
| `maxProductPages` | int | `8` | Catalog pages read (250/page, max 20) |

### Notes on coverage

- Works on any public Shopify storefront; no login or API key.
- Traffic and revenue figures are intentionally not estimated — the report ships the measurable signals (catalog depth, velocity, stack, ads) instead of unverifiable numbers.
- Non-Shopify or unreachable stores are listed in `ERRORS` and are not charged.
