## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Korea DART Disclosures – Corporate Filings API (전자공시)

**Track every corporate filing in South Korea in seconds.** This Actor collects the public disclosure list of **[DART](https://dart.fss.or.kr) (금융감독원 전자공시시스템)** – the official filing system of Korea's Financial Supervisory Service – and returns clean data: **receipt date, company, DART corp code, market (KOSPI / KOSDAQ / KONEX), report name, amendment flag, optional filer and a direct link to the report.**

✅ **No API key, no login** · ✅ All companies or a watch-list · ✅ Filter by report type, keyword, market and date · ✅ Export JSON / CSV / Excel / API

### Use cases

- 🔔 **Filing alerts** – schedule hourly/daily runs and get new filings for your watch-list (삼성전자, 005930, 카카오 …).
- 📈 **Event-driven trading & research** – rights offerings (유상증자), convertible bonds (전환사채), supply contracts (공급계약), buybacks (자기주식), 5% stake reports (대량보유).
- 🏦 **Compliance & KYC / due diligence** – full disclosure history of Korean counterparties.
- 📰 **Newsrooms & newsletters** – market-wide feed of major-event reports.
- 🤖 **AI agents & dashboards** – feed Korean disclosures to LLMs, Google Sheets or BI tools via API/MCP.

### How much does it cost?

Pay only for results: **$0.001 per filing → $1.00 per 1,000 filings.** No subscription.

| Run | Filings | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Default run (all companies, last 3 days, max 100) | 100 | **$0.10** |
| Daily watch-list of 20 companies | ~40 | $0.04 |
| One month of all major-event reports (type B) | ~1,500 | $1.50 |

Set **Max cost per run** in run options and the Actor stops cleanly at your budget.

### Input example

```json
{
  "companies": ["삼성전자", "005930", "00126380"],
  "reportKeywords": ["유상증자", "전환사채"],
  "filingTypes": ["B", "D", "I"],
  "market": "all",
  "daysBack": 7,
  "maxItems": 500
}
```

- **companies** – exact Korean name, 6-digit stock code or 8-digit DART corp code. Empty = all companies.
- **reportKeywords** – report-name contains (each keyword is its own search).
- **filingTypes** – A Periodic · B Major events · C Issuance · D Ownership · E Other · F Audit · G Funds · H ABS · I Exchange · J Fair Trade Commission.
- **daysBack** or **dateFrom / dateTo** (KST), **finalOnly** (latest amended version only).

### Output example

| receiptDate | companyName | market | reportName | reportUrl |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2026-10-08 | 삼성전자 | KOSPI | 주식등의대량보유상황보고서(일반) | dart.fss.or.kr/dsaf001/main.do?rcpNo=20261008000706 |
| 2026-10-08 | 블루엠텍 | KOSDAQ | 주요사항보고서(전환사채권발행결정) | … |

```json
{
  "receiptNo": "20261008000706",
  "receiptDate": "2026-10-08",
  "companyName": "삼성전자",
  "corpCode": "00126380",
  "market": "KOSPI",
  "reportName": "주식등의대량보유상황보고서(일반)",
  "amendmentTags": [],
  "remarks": [],
  "reportUrl": "https://dart.fss.or.kr/dsaf001/main.do?rcpNo=20261008000706",
  "source": "DART (금융감독원 전자공시시스템)"
}
```

`amendmentTags` shows DART labels such as `기재정정` (correction) or `첨부정정`; `remarks` lists DART notes such as "본 공시사항은 한국거래소 유가증권시장본부 소관임" (exchange filing).

### FAQ

**Do I need a DART / OpenDART API key?** No. The Actor reads DART's public disclosure search list (the same list you see on dart.fss.or.kr). It does not open or download report documents.

**How fresh is the data?** Live – each run queries DART directly. Schedule it every 10–60 minutes for near-real-time alerts.

**Can I get financial statements?** This Actor focuses on the filing list. Use the `corpCode` / `receiptNo` with the official OpenDART API for financial data.

**Why 0 results for a company?** Use the exact registered name (삼성전자, not 삼성), a 6-digit stock code, or the 8-digit DART corp code.

### Source & legal

- 출처 / Source: **금융감독원 전자공시시스템(DART), https://dart.fss.or.kr**. Disclosure documents are filed by the companies under the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act and published by the FSS for public use. OpenDART terms (제16조④) defer to the Copyright Act and the Public Data Act, which guarantees commercial reuse of public data.
- Only the public list page is requested, at a polite rate; paths disallowed by DART's robots.txt (report viewer/downloads) are not crawled – reports are linked, not copied.
- The filer name (제출인) is **off by default** (`includeFilerName: false`) because for ownership reports it can be an individual. Turn it on only if you need it, and use the data in line with applicable law.
- This Actor is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FSS.

Maximum number of filings to save (you pay per filing).

## `requestDelaySecs` (type: `integer`):
