## Pricing

Pay per event

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Eventbrite Organizer Scraper: Profiles, Socials & All Their Events

Turn any **Eventbrite organizer** into clean data: **name, description, website, Facebook / X / Instagram / LinkedIn links, follower count, total events hosted, attendees hosted, years on Eventbrite, logo**, plus every **upcoming (and optionally past) event** they run with **start/end time and timezone, venue name and address, latitude/longitude, online flag, ticket price range or free, sold-out status, ticket URL, image, category, subcategory, format, summary and full description**.

Start from **organizer URLs**, from **event URLs** (get the event + who runs it), or **find organizers** by keyword and city (e.g. every organizer behind "jazz" events in Boston). **$2.00 per 1,000 organizers and $2.50 per 1,000 events** (less on paid plans). No login, no API key, no start fee.

### What you can do with it

- **Lead generation for event-industry B2B:** find venues, promoters, meetup hosts and conference organizers in a city or niche, with their public website and social links, follower counts and how many events they run.
- **Competitor and market tracking:** watch what rival venues or promoters schedule, at what prices, and how fast they sell out. Run it daily for a calendar feed.
- **Event calendars and aggregators:** pull every upcoming event of the organizers you follow, with coordinates and timezones ready for a map or a calendar.
- **Research:** past events (newest first) give an organizer's full history: cadence, pricing, venues, categories.
- **Feeds for CRMs, Sheets, newsletters, AI agents:** one flat JSON row per organizer and per event.

### How to use it

1. Paste **organizer URLs** like `https://www.eventbrite.com/o/lizard-lounge-51802757613` (or just the ID `51802757613`), and/or **event URLs**, and/or type **keywords + a location** to discover organizers.
2. Choose **upcoming** and/or **past** events, the **max events per organizer**, and whether to open each event page for **full details** (on by default).
3. Click **Start**. Download JSON, CSV or Excel, or connect to Sheets, Zapier, Make or the API.

### Input

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `organizerUrls` | Organizer profile URLs (`eventbrite.com/o/<name>-<id>`, any Eventbrite country domain) or numeric IDs. |
| `eventUrls` | Event URLs (`eventbrite.com/e/<name>-<id>`) or IDs. Returns the event with full details + its organizer's profile. |
| `searchKeywords` | Find organizers behind events matching each keyword in `searchLocation`. Empty keyword with a location = all events there. |
| `searchLocation` | `Boston, MA`, or an Eventbrite slug: `ma--boston`, `united-kingdom--london`, `united-states`, `online` (default). |
| `maxOrganizersPerSearch` | Unique organizers to collect per keyword (default 20). |
| `includeUpcomingEvents` | Upcoming events per organizer (default on). |
| `includePastEvents` | Past events per organizer, newest first (default off). |
| `maxEventsPerOrganizer` | Cap per organizer, applied to upcoming and to past separately (default 50). `0` = profiles only. |
| `includeEventDetails` | Open each event page for real end time, UTC times, category/subcategory/format, summary, description, refund policy, age limit, duration (default on; same price, just slower). |
| `keywords` | Keep only events mentioning one of these words (filtered before billing). |
| `maxItems` | Cap on total rows, organizers + events (default 200). Also caps your cost. |

Examples:

```json
{ "organizerUrls": ["https://www.eventbrite.com/o/lizard-lounge-51802757613"], "maxEventsPerOrganizer": 100 }
```

```json
{ "searchKeywords": ["startup", "networking"], "searchLocation": "San Francisco, CA", "maxOrganizersPerSearch": 50, "maxEventsPerOrganizer": 0 }
```

```json
{ "organizerUrls": ["10839171775"], "includeUpcomingEvents": false, "includePastEvents": true, "includeEventDetails": false, "maxEventsPerOrganizer": 500 }
```

### Output

One row per organizer (`"type": "organizer"`) and one per event (`"type": "event"`), linked by `organizerId`. Use the **Organizers** and **Events** table views in the console, or filter on `type`.

```
A run summary (organizers, events, failed inputs, searches, request count) is saved as `SUMMARY` in the key-value store.
### Pricing
Pay per result, nothing for the run start:
| Plan | Organizer profile | Event |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $2.00 / 1,000 | $2.50 / 1,000 |
| Bronze | $1.90 / 1,000 | $2.40 / 1,000 |
| Silver | $1.80 / 1,000 | $2.30 / 1,000 |
| Gold+ | $1.70 / 1,000 | $2.20 / 1,000 |
Example: 50 organizers with up to 20 upcoming events each (~600 events) costs about $1.60 on the Free plan.
### Compared with the Eventbrite actors that sell organizer data (measured 2026-10-20)
| | This actor | aitorsm/eventbrite | parseforge/eventbrite-scraper |
|---|---|---|---|
| Organizer profile (website, socials, events hosted, attendees, years, verified) | **one row per organizer, $2.00 / 1,000** | add-on $15 / 1,000, on top of $20 / 1,000 events (Free plan) | $3 / 1,000 add-on |
| Organizer name returned for the same 15 sampled events | **14 of 14 organizers (11 with website or socials)** | not measured on this sample | 0 of 15 events |
| Cost of 25 events with organizer data | **about $0.07** | $0.84 | not comparable (returned no organizer data) |
| Upcoming and past events of one organizer | **both** | upcoming | upcoming |
| Find organizers by keyword and city | **yes** | events by city | events by city |
| Exact follower count, super-organizer badge | rounded count ("18k"), no badge | **exact, badge** | no |
Where they still win: exact follower counts and the super-organizer badge, and searching events (not organizers) by date, price and category; for that see our Eventbrite Events by Day actor.
### Notes and limits
- **Contact data:** only what each organizer chose to publish on their Eventbrite profile (website and social links). The actor does not collect email addresses or phone numbers and never uses Eventbrite's contact form.
- **Speed:** runs are paced to stay polite. Measured 2026-10-20: 13 organizers and 249 events with full details took about 17 minutes; with details off, ~50 events come back per request, so a run is far shorter.
- **Without full details**, events have no end time, category or description (Eventbrite's organizer event list doesn't carry them). Past events are listed newest first.
- Follower and attendee counts are as Eventbrite displays them (e.g. "4k" -> 4000), so large values are rounded.
- An organizer that is private, deleted or unknown is listed under `failed` in `SUMMARY`; the rest of the run continues. The run fails only if nothing at all could be read.
- Searching by city discovers organizers from Eventbrite's own listing pages (up to ~400 events per keyword and location).
- For search-by-city-and-day event feeds, see our [Eventbrite Events by Day](https://apify.com/tidyharvest/eventbrite-day) actor.
## `keywords` (type: `array`):
Keep only events whose title, summary, description, category, venue or city contains one of these. Organizer rows are always kept. Empty = all events.
## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):
