## Pricing

from $0.75 / 1,000 job results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

Get every open job from any company's career site, live, in one clean format. Works with the 8 most common applicant tracking systems (ATS):

**Greenhouse · Lever · Ashby · Workable · SmartRecruiters · Recruitee · Personio · Breezy HR**

Paste careers page URLs, or just company websites like `stripe.com` and the Actor finds the right ATS for you. Filter by keyword, location, remote and posting date. Switch on **monitoring mode** to get only jobs that are new since your last run.

**Price: $1.00 per 1,000 jobs.** Companies that fail or have no matching jobs cost nothing. Apify's free plan ($5 monthly credit) covers about 5,000 jobs a month.

### Questions it answers

- What jobs is this company hiring for right now?
- Which applicant tracking system (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby...) does this company use?
- Which of these companies opened new sales or engineering roles this week?
- How do I get an alert when a company posts a new job?

### Who uses this

- 📋 **Job boards and aggregators:** fill niche boards with fresh postings straight from the source, no stale reposts.
- 🤝 **Recruiters and staffing agencies:** watch target companies and get alerted when they open roles you can fill.
- 💼 **Sales teams:** hiring is a buying signal. A company hiring 5 data engineers needs data tools.
- 📈 **Investors and analysts:** track headcount growth and hiring mix across a portfolio.
- 🧭 **Job seekers and career coaches:** monitor dream companies for new openings.

### Why this Actor

- ✅ **Live data from the source.** Jobs come from each company's own ATS at run time, so they're never stale or already filled.
- ✅ **Official public APIs.** Every vendor here publishes a job-board API meant for public use. No logins, no proxies, no breakage from anti-bot updates.
- ✅ **Auto-detects the ATS.** Give it `notion.so` and it finds the Ashby board on Notion's careers page.
- ✅ **One schema for all 8 ATS:** title, department, team, location(s), country, remote/hybrid/onsite, employment type, seniority, salary, posting date, job and apply links, description as HTML and plain text.
- ✅ **Monitoring mode** returns only new jobs, so scheduled runs feed alerts or a database without duplicates.

### How to use the ATS Jobs Scraper

1. Click **Try for free** (a free Apify account is enough).
2. Add companies, one per line: a careers page URL, a shorthand like `lever:palantir`, or just the company website.
3. Optional: add keywords, locations, remote-only or a posting-date limit.
4. Click **Start**. A dozen companies take under a minute.
5. Download the jobs as JSON, CSV or Excel, or schedule the run with monitoring mode on to get only new jobs each day.

Accepted company formats:

```
https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb
https://jobs.lever.co/palantir
https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp
https://apply.workable.com/acme
https://acme.recruitee.com
https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup
https://acme.jobs.personio.de
https://acme.breezy.hr
greenhouse:airbnb      lever:palantir      ashby:ramp
stripe.com             notion.so
```

Example (the input behind the table above):

```json
{
  "companies": ["stripe.com", "lever:palantir", "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp"],
  "keywords": ["engineer", "data"],
  "excludeKeywords": ["intern"],
  "locations": ["Remote", "London"]
}
```

### Output

One row per job. A real row from that run (description shortened):

```json
{
  "ats": "ashby",
  "companySlug": "ramp",
  "companyName": "Ramp",
  "jobId": "34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245",
  "title": "Security Engineer, Cloud",
  "department": "Engineering",
  "team": "Backend",
  "location": "New York, NY (HQ)",
  "locations": ["New York, NY (HQ)", "Remote (Canada)", "Remote (US)", "Miami, FL"],
  "country": "USA",
  "workplaceType": "hybrid",
  "isRemote": true,
  "employmentType": "FullTime",
  "seniority": null,
  "salary": { "min": 211400, "max": 290600, "currency": "USD", "period": "year", "text": "$211.4K - $290.6K" },
  "postedAt": "2026-04-07T17:12:35.753Z",
  "updatedAt": null,
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245",
  "applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/34413f8d-26bf-4bbc-8ade-eb309a0e2245/application",
  "descriptionHtml": "<h1><strong>About Ramp</strong></h1><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Ramp is building the smart...",
  "descriptionText": "ABOUT RAMP\n\nRamp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the t...",
  "input": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp",
  "detectedVia": "input",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-06T11:37:02.978Z"
}
```

`detectedVia` tells you how the board was found: `input` (you gave it), a careers page URL (found on the company website), or `slug-guess` (matched by company name; double-check these).

A per-company report (jobs found, jobs returned, errors) is saved in the run's key-value store as `RUN_SUMMARY`.

#### What each ATS provides

Every ATS gives title, location, posting date, link and description. Other fields depend on what the vendor publishes: Ashby, Recruitee, Lever and Breezy often include salary; SmartRecruiters and Recruitee include seniority; Lever and Ashby include remote/hybrid/onsite. Missing fields are `null`.

### Example tasks

- [Scrape all open jobs from Lever career pages](https://apify.com/tiktop/ats-jobs-scraper/examples/lever-jobs-scraper)

- [Track AI, ML and data jobs at leading companies](https://apify.com/tiktop/ats-jobs-scraper/examples/ai-and-data-hiring-tracker)

### Monitoring mode

Turn on `onlyNewJobs` and schedule the Actor (e.g. daily). The first run returns all matching jobs. Later runs return only jobs that weren't returned before. Connect a webhook, Slack, email, Google Sheets or Zapier integration to get alerts. The memory is tied to your company list; set `monitorName` to keep it when you edit the list.

### How much does it cost?

Pay per event:

- **Job result:** $0.001 per job returned ($1.00 per 1,000).
- **Actor start:** $0.00005 per GB of memory (default 1 GB = $0.00005 per run).
- Companies that fail or have no matching jobs cost nothing.
- Filters are applied before charging. You only pay for jobs you get.

| What you run | Cost |
|---|---|
| One company with 150 open jobs | about $0.15 |
| 20 companies, about 2,000 jobs | about $2 |
| Daily monitoring that finds 30 new jobs a day | about $0.90 a month |

Apify's free plan includes $5 of credit every month, enough for about 5,000 jobs. Paid Apify plans get Store discounts of up to 25%. Set a maximum cost per run in the run options; the Actor stops cleanly when it's reached.

### FAQ

**Is this legal?** It reads job postings through each ATS vendor's public job-board API, the same feeds companies use to syndicate their jobs. Job postings are company information. The Actor doesn't collect recruiter names or emails.

**My company uses Workday / iCIMS / Taleo.** Not supported yet. The Actor tells you no supported ATS was found, and you aren't charged.

**Can I search all companies at once?** Not with this Actor: it fetches live jobs from the companies you list, which keeps the data fresh. To search everything at once, use [Startup Jobs Search](https://apify.com/tiktop/jobs-index) (260,000+ jobs from 8,000+ companies, refreshed daily).

**How fast is it?** About 2,000 jobs from a dozen companies in under a minute.

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line. Any of:<br>• a careers page URL: <code>https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb</code>, <code>https://jobs.lever.co/palantir</code>, <code>https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp</code>, <code>https://apply.workable.com/acme</code>, <code>https://acme.recruitee.com</code>, <code>https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup</code>, <code>https://acme.jobs.personio.de</code>, <code>https://acme.breezy.hr</code><br>• a shorthand: <code>greenhouse:airbnb</code>, <code>lever:palantir</code>, <code>ashby:ramp</code><br>• a company website: <code>ramp.com</code> (the ATS is detected automatically)

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title, department or team contains any of these words, e.g. <code>engineer</code>, <code>data</code>. Case-insensitive. Leave empty for all jobs.

## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title, department or team contains any of these, e.g. <code>intern</code>, <code>senior</code>.

## `searchInDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Apply keywords to the full job description too, not just title/department/team.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location contains any of these, e.g. <code>London</code>, <code>Germany</code>, <code>US</code>, <code>Remote</code>. Case-insensitive.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked remote by the ATS or with 'Remote' in the location.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep jobs posted in the last N days. 0 = no limit. Jobs without a posting date are kept.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Add the full description as HTML and plain text. Turn off for faster, smaller results.

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Return only jobs that weren't returned by a previous run with the same company list. Ideal for scheduled runs that feed alerts or a database. The first run returns everything.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Optional name for the 'seen jobs' memory used by monitoring mode. Use the same name across schedules to share it; by default it's derived from the company list.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit.

## `guessSlugs` (type: `boolean`):

If a company website has no visible ATS link, try boards named after the domain (ramp.com → ramp) on each supported ATS. Results found this way are marked detectedVia = 'slug-guess'.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many companies to process at once.
