## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Google Reviews Safe Mode Email Sender (Apify Actor)

Dedicated, ultra-safe email sender designed specifically for Google negative reviews outreach.

### Features

- **Safest Anti-Spam Mode**: Automatic 15–30s human-like jitter delays to protect sender reputation.
- **Subject Line Rotation**: Automatically rotates between different subject lines to avoid repetitive email filters.
- **RFC-Compliant Headers**: Generates authentic `Message-ID`, `Date`, and `Reply-To` headers.
- **Zero Cloud History**: Does **not** store recipient data or credentials in Apify datasets. Runs ephemerally.
- **Single Test Mode**: Easily send 1 test email to verify credentials and template before mass sending.

### Input Parameters

- `smtpUser`: Your sender Gmail address.
- `smtpPassword`: Your 16-character Google App Password.
- `sendingMode`: `safe` (15-30s delay), `balanced` (7-12s), `fast` (3-5s), `superfast` (1-2s), or `test` (1 email).
- `leadsData`: Array of leads with `team_name`, `extracted_email`, and `reviews`.

### Output Data

#### 1. Key-Value Store Output (`OUTPUT`)

At the end of each run, a summary JSON is saved to the default Key-Value store:

```json
{
  "status": "COMPLETED",
  "mode": "safe",
  "totalLeadsProvided": 202,
  "validLeadsCount": 202,
  "processedCount": 50,
  "successfulDeliveries": 50,
  "failedDeliveries": 0,
  "savedToDataset": true,
  "completedAt": "2026-09-16T06:30:00.000Z"
}
```

#### 2. Dataset Records (when `saveToDataset` is enabled)

Each sent outreach item contains the following fields in the default Apify Dataset:

| Field | Type | Description |
| :--- | :--- | :--- |
| `teamName` | String | Business / Team name |
| `email` | String | Business recipient email address |
| `status` | String | Delivery result (`DELIVERED` or `FAILED`) |
| `reviewsCount` | Integer | Number of negative review links included |
| `error` | String | Error message if delivery failed |
| `timestamp` | String | ISO 8601 timestamp of delivery |

### Included Files

- `main.js`: Main email sender code.
- `sample_email_config.json`: SMTP configuration template.
- `sample_leads_data.json`: 5 sample leads for quick test.
- `all_valid_leads.json`: All 202 cleaned leads ready to paste into Apify.
