## Pricing

from $0.80 / 1,000 listings

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Airbnb Listings Scraper

**Airbnb price tracking** and listing search: real prices for your dates, ratings, capacity and coordinates — no login, no browser, no API key.

Prices on Airbnb only exist for a date range, so this Actor takes your check-in and check-out and returns the **total, the per-night rate and the pre-discount price** for exactly those nights.

### How to use

1. [Sign up for Apify](https://console.apify.com/sign-up) — the free plan's monthly credit is enough to try this Actor.
2. Open **Airbnb Scraper**, fill in the input (the form is pre-filled with a working example) and click **Start**.
3. Watch results stream into the dataset table while the run is going.
4. **Export** as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, HTML or RSS — or pull the results from your own code with the [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2).

### What can you do with Airbnb listings data?

- **Market research for hosts** — what comparable places in your area charge for the same weekend.
- **Price monitoring** — run on a schedule and track how rates move as dates approach.
- **Travel search at scale** — filter by price, bedrooms, rating and guest-favorite status across many cities at once.
- **Lead lists** — every row has the listing URL, coordinates and host-side signals like Superhost badges.

### How to scrape Airbnb listings

| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| `locations` | Where to search: "Austin, TX", "Seoul, South Korea", "Bali" |
| `startUrls` | Or paste Airbnb search URLs with filters you set on the site |
| `checkIn` / `checkOut` | YYYY-MM-DD. Needed for prices |
| `adults`, `children`, `infants`, `pets` | Guest counts |
| `minPrice` / `maxPrice` | Nightly price range |
| `roomTypes` | Entire home, private room, shared room, hotel room |
| `minBedrooms`, `minBeds`, `minBathrooms` | Size filters |
| `superhostOnly`, `instantBookOnly`, `guestFavoriteOnly` | Quality filters |
| `minRating`, `minReviews` | Skip weak or unproven listings |
| `includeDetails` | Also open each listing for description, amenities and rating breakdown |
| `currency` | Prices in USD, EUR, KRW… |
| `maxListingsPerSearch`, `maxResults` | Limits |

### Input reference

```json
{
  "locations": [
    "Austin, TX"
  ],
  "adults": 2,
  "currency": "USD",
  "maxListingsPerSearch": 100,
  "maxResults": 1000
}
```

All fields:

- `locations` (Locations) — Where to search, e.g. “Austin, TX”, “Seoul, South Korea”, “Bali”. Several at once is fine.
- `startUrls` (Airbnb search URLs (optional)) — Paste Airbnb search URLs to reuse filters you set on the site.
- `checkIn` (Check-in) — YYYY-MM-DD. Prices need dates; without them you get undated listings.

- `adults` (Adults) — Number of adults. Default `2`.
- `children` (Children) — Number of children.
- `infants` (Infants) — Number of infants.

  "pricePerNight": 133,
  "priceOriginal": 306,
  "currency": "USD",
  "priceAccessibilityLabel": "$266 for 2 nights, originally $306",
  "bedrooms": 1,

With `includeDetails` on, each row also gets `description`, `amenities`, `amenityCount`, `ratingBreakdown` and `personCapacity`.

### How fast is it and how much does it cost to scrape Airbnb listings?

40 listings for one city took **9 seconds**; 6 listings with full details took **12 seconds**. You are charged per listing, and the rating, review and price filters run before you pay.

### How to monitor Airbnb listings for changes

Turn on `onlyChangedListings` and the Actor remembers the price for those exact dates. On the next run you get **only listings whose price moved** (plus genuinely new ones), with `previousPriceTotal` and `priceTotalChangePercent` attached. This is how hosts watch a market day by day without paying for the same 300 listings every time.

### Limits you should know about

- Without dates you still get listings, but prices will be missing — Airbnb does not price undated stays.
- Pagination follows Airbnb's own page cursors, so you get the same order the site shows.
- Airbnb serves two different page layouts for the same URL; this Actor reads both.
- Nonsense locations return Airbnb's own fallback suggestions rather than an error, exactly like the website.

### Pricing — what you pay per listing

This Actor uses **pay-per-event** pricing: no monthly rental, you pay for the results you get. Prices per 1,000 results by Apify plan:

| Event | Free plan | Bronze | Silver | Gold+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| listing — One Airbnb listing with price, rating, capacity and location | $1.00 | $0.90 | $0.85 | $0.80 |

There is also a small start fee of $0.00005 per GB of memory ($0.00005 per run at the default 1 GB). Platform compute is included in the price — you are not billed separately for run time. Set a maximum total charge on the run if you want a hard cap, and use the input limits to control how much is fetched. The current prices are always on the **Pricing** tab.

### Tips

- Start with a small `maxResults` (say 20) to check the output, then raise it — you only pay per result.
- For ongoing tracking, schedule the Actor and turn on `onlyChangedListings` so each run returns only what is new.
- Already set up a search on the website? Paste its URL into `startUrls` and the filters in it are kept.
- Keep the default `proxy` setting — it is only used as a fallback when a direct request is blocked.
- Rows the Actor cannot read are logged and skipped, never charged — check the run log if a count looks low.

### Automate & schedule

Run this Actor on autopilot and pull results into your own stack:

- [Apify API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2) — start runs, fetch datasets and manage schedules over REST.
- [apify-client for JavaScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js) and [apify-client for Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python) — official SDKs.
- [Schedules](https://docs.apify.com/platform/schedules) — run it on a cron to keep your data fresh.
- [Webhooks](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations/webhooks) — trigger downstream actions the moment a run finishes.

**JavaScript**

```js
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
const client = new ApifyClient({ token: 'MY_APIFY_TOKEN' });
const run = await client.actor('tindacloud/airbnb-listings-scraper').call({
    "locations": [
        "Austin, TX"
    ],
    "adults": 2,
    "currency": "USD",
    "maxListingsPerSearch": 100,
    "maxResults": 1000
});
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
console.log(`Got ${items.length} records`);
```

**Python**

```python
from apify_client import ApifyClient
client = ApifyClient("MY_APIFY_TOKEN")
run = client.actor("tindacloud/airbnb-listings-scraper").call(run_input={
    "locations": [
        "Austin, TX"
    ],
    "adults": 2,
    "currency": "USD",
    "maxListingsPerSearch": 100,
    "maxResults": 1000
})
for item in client.dataset(run["defaultDatasetId"]).iterate_items():
    print(item)
```

**cURL** — run and get the results in one request:

```bash
curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/tindacloud~airbnb-listings-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=MY_APIFY_TOKEN" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"locations": ["Austin, TX"], "adults": 2, "currency": "USD", "maxListingsPerSearch": 100, "maxResults": 1000}'
```

### Integrate with any app

Connect the dataset to thousands of apps — no code required:

- [Make](https://apify.com/integrations/make) — multi-step automation scenarios.
- [Zapier](https://apify.com/integrations/zapier) — push new records straight into your CRM or sheet.
- [n8n](https://apify.com/integrations/n8n) — self-hosted workflows.
- [Slack](https://apify.com/integrations/slack) — get notified when a run finishes or finds something new.
- [Google Drive / Sheets](https://apify.com/integrations/google-drive) — auto-export every run to a spreadsheet.
- [Airbyte](https://apify.com/integrations/airbyte) — pipe results into your data warehouse.
- [GitHub](https://apify.com/integrations/github) — trigger runs from commits or releases.
- [Webhooks](https://docs.apify.com/platform/integrations/webhooks) — call your own endpoint when a run succeeds or fails.

### Use with AI assistants (MCP)

The output is clean, LLM-ready JSON. Call this Actor from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any agent framework through the [Apify MCP server](https://mcp.apify.com) — ask your assistant to *"list Airbnb places in Lisbon for 4 guests next weekend under $150 a night, sorted by rating"* and let it run this Actor for you.

### Agent-ready: autonomous payments (x402 & Skyfire)

This Actor is **agent-ready** — AI agents can discover it, run it and pay for it on their own. It uses [pay-per-event](https://docs.apify.com/platform/actors/publishing/monetize) pricing and [limited permissions](https://docs.apify.com/platform/actors/development/permissions), so it qualifies for Apify's [agentic payments](https://docs.apify.com/agents/payments):

- [x402](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/x402) — an open, HTTP-native payment protocol. Agents pay in USDC through the Apify MCP server — no Apify account needed.
- [Skyfire](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/skyfire) — agent-to-service payments with pre-funded Skyfire tokens.

Building an AI agent, MCP tool or data pipeline? This Actor is ready to plug in and pay as it goes.

### Frequently asked questions about scraping Airbnb listings

#### Do I need an API key or a login?

No. Paste your input, press Start. There is nothing to connect and no account on the target site to create.

#### How do I export the results?

Every run produces a dataset you can download as JSON, CSV, Excel, XML or HTML, or read through the Apify API from your own code. You can also connect it to Make, Zapier or n8n.

#### Can I run this on a schedule?

Yes. Apify schedules run it every hour, day or week without you being there. With the monitoring option on, you only get listings whose price moved.

#### Can I call it from Python or JavaScript?

Yes — the Apify API runs any Actor and returns the dataset, and the official Python and JavaScript clients wrap it in a few lines. AI agents can call it too, through Apify's MCP server.

#### What does it cost?

You pay per result, not per hour. Filters are applied before anything is charged, so narrowing the input directly lowers the bill. Pages that cannot be read are reported in the log and never charged.

#### Is this data public?

Everything collected here is what Airbnb shows to anyone without logging in. Check the target site's terms and the rules that apply to you before using the data commercially.
