## Pricing

from $2.00 / 1,000 notices

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## TenderNed Netherlands Tenders Scraper – Dutch Public Procurement

Find **Dutch public procurement notices on TenderNed** through the **official keyless JSON API**, and get clean structured rows: title, buyer, dates, deadline, CPV, NUTS place, procedure type and a direct notice URL. Filter by keywords and publication window, or turn on **Only new notices** for a daily tender alert feed.

**Why this one:** no fragile HTML scraping — TenderNed public TNS JSON only (CC0). Pay per notice saved (~**$2.50 / 1,000**). Empty or failed runs are **free** apart from the tiny start fee; notices skipped as already seen are **free**.

### Why this scraper

- **Official source.** [TenderNed publicaties JSON API](https://www.tenderned.nl/papi/tenderned-rs-tns/v2/publicaties) — no API key. Dataset published as [CC0 1.0](https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/) on [data.overheid.nl](https://data.overheid.nl/dataset/aankondigingen-van-overheidsopdrachten---tenderned).
- **Fields that matter.** `source`, `noticeId`, title, description, publication and deadline dates, `isOpen`, buyer (Netherlands), CPV, NUTS place, procedure and notice type, notice URL.
- **Tender alerts.** Enable *Only new notices* and schedule the Actor — each run returns only notices you have not seen under that state key.
- **Companion coverage.** Pair with [TED EU Tenders Scraper](https://apify.com/tinyrex/ted-tenders-scraper), [SAM.gov & UK Contracts Finder Tenders Scraper](https://apify.com/tinyrex/us-uk-tenders-scraper) and [EU Grants Scraper](https://apify.com/tinyrex/eu-grants-scraper).

### FAQ

**Do I need an API key?** No. This Actor uses the public keyless TenderNed JSON list/detail endpoints. The credentialed TNS XML webservice is not used.

**What licence covers the data?** TenderNed publication data is released as **CC0 1.0** (public domain dedication) via data.overheid.nl. Attribute TenderNed / PIANOo when you republish.

**Why are estimated values null?** The public list and detail payloads we use do not expose a reliable estimated value field; we do not invent numbers.

**How does Only new notices work?** Seen ids are stored in a named key-value store (`tenderned-tenders-state`) under your State key. First run is a baseline.

### Attribution
