## Local Business Opportunity Finder

Find local businesses that may need a better website, SEO, or conversion setup.

The Actor discovers businesses in a chosen category and location, checks publicly available website signals, and returns ranked sales opportunities instead of just raw business listings.

Each result can include:

### Data sources and limitations

Business discovery uses public OpenStreetMap data. Website checks use publicly accessible pages only. Results are indicators for prospecting and should be verified before outreach. Missing signals do not necessarily mean a business lacks a feature; some websites may block automated requests or load features dynamically.
