## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### What does Social Blade Scraper do?

**Social Blade Scraper** reads [socialblade.com](https://socialblade.com) creator statistics for **YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and Facebook** and returns one clean row per creator: Social Blade grade, every rank, subscribers / followers / views / uploads / likes, the last 15 days of daily history with daily gains, growth over 1, 3, 7 and 14 days, YouTube estimated earnings, projections, YouTube milestones and Social Blade's top 100 rankings. Give it creator links, handles, YouTube channel ids, search terms or a ranking. Also known as a Social Blade API, SocialBlade scraper or YouTube / TikTok stats scraper.

- 📊 **Every Social Blade profile field** - grade, SB rank, subscriber / follower rank, views rank, country and category rank, Instagram engagement rate, Facebook "talking about", verified badges, channel country, category and creation date.
- 📅 **Daily history included in the price** - the 15-day table Social Blade shows without an account, with each day's gains (no extra "history" event).
- 💰 **YouTube estimated earnings** - Social Blade's own formula (views gained / 1,000 x $0.25-$4 CPM): per day, week, month, quarter, half year and year, with your own CPM range and currency if you want.
- 🔮 **Projections and next milestone** - audience, views and uploads in 30 days to 5 years, and the date of the next round audience number.
- 🏆 **Rankings** - top 100 lists by subscribers, views or videos for 16 YouTube categories and 246 countries, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and Facebook top lists, and growth / decline lists.
- 🔁 **Monitor mode** - on a daily schedule, deliver only creators with a new Social Blade day, with the change since your last run.
- 🔓 **No login, no API key, no browser** - reads the pages Social Blade serves to every visitor.

#### Input JSON

```json
{
  "profiles": ["https://socialblade.com/youtube/handle/mrbeast", "tiktok:khaby.lame", "twitch:kaicenat"],
  "searchQueries": ["veritasium"],
  "rankingPlatform": "youtube",
  "rankingCategory": "games",
  "rankingCountry": "US",
  "rankingLimit": 50,
  "includeMilestones": true,
  "maxItems": 100
}
```

#### Give the platform when a handle is ambiguous

`khaby.lame` alone is read as a YouTube handle (the default platform). Write `tiktok:khaby.lame`, paste the TikTok link, or set **Platform for bare handles** to TikTok. Set it to **All platforms** to look a name up on all five.

#### YouTube channel ids and old links work too

`UC…` channel ids, `/channel/`, `/user/` and `/c/` links are resolved to the channel's handle through Social Blade's own search, then read. X / Twitter, Dailymotion and Kick links are skipped with a reason: Social Blade no longer has pages for them.

#### Rankings are first pages of 100

Social Blade serves top lists of 10, 50 or 100 rows to visitors without an account, and growth / decline lists over the last 1 or 3 days. Turn on **Full profile for every ranked creator** when you need grade, ranks and history for each ranked channel.

### ⬆️ Output

One row per creator. `type` is `profile` (a creator page) or `ranking` (a ranking row without the full profile). Real row from a run on 2026-10-28 (YouTube comedy top list, full profiles on; arrays shortened):

```json
{
  "type": "profile",
  "platform": "youtube",
  "creator_id": "UC6QZ_ss3i_8qLV_RczPZBkw",
  "creator_handle": "issei0806",
  "display_name": "ISSEI / いっせい",
  "url": "https://socialblade.com/youtube/handle/issei0806",
  "rank": 1,
  "sb_grade": "B+",
  "subscribers": 75600000,
  "views": 61976688799,
  "videos": 4502,
  "sb_rank": 7059,
  "country_rank": 2,
  "category_rank": 1,
  "country": "JP",
  "category": "comedy",
  "sb_data_date": "2026-10-28",
  "views_last_14d": 49838362,
  "estimated_earnings": { "monthly": { "min": 26699.12, "max": 427185.96, "currency": "USD", "formatted": "$26.7K - $427.2K" } },
  "daily_growth": [{ "date": "2026-10-28", "subscribers": 75600000, "views": 61976688799, "videos": 4502, "views_gained": 795260, "estimated_earnings_min": 198.82, "estimated_earnings_max": 3181.04 }],
  "projections": [{ "days": 365, "date": "2027-10-28", "subscribers": 72992857, "views": 63276046094, "videos": 4580 }]
}
```

An Instagram row carries `followers`, `following`, `media_count`, `engagement_rate` (1.08 for cristiano), `average_likes`, `average_comments` and its ranks; a Facebook row `likes` and `talking_about`; a TikTok row `followers`, `following`, `likes`, `videos`; a Twitch row `followers`. A column a platform does not have is left off its rows.

### How much does it cost to scrape Social Blade?

Pay per result, no start fee:

|---|---|
| Creator row (profile or ranking row; history, growth, earnings and projections included) | **$0.0016** ($1.60 per 1,000) |
| YouTube milestones add-on (only when delivered) | $0.0008 |

| Run | Rows | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 10 creators | 10 | $0.016 |

You can cap any run with **Maximum cost per run**; the run stops at the cap and says so.

### Integrations, API, scheduling & MCP

- **Schedule** the actor daily in Apify Console (Schedules) and turn on **Only new or updated creators** - Social Blade updates once a day.
- **Webhooks** send the finished dataset to your app; connect **Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Slack** or **Airbyte** from the Integrations tab.
- **API**: run it from [Python](https://apify.com/topapi/socialblade-scraper/api/python) or [JavaScript](https://apify.com/topapi/socialblade-scraper/api/javascript) with `apify-client`, or call the REST endpoint.

### Limits & empty runs

- **History depth:** Social Blade shows the last 15 days to visitors without an account, so growth windows stop at 14 days and earnings and projections average those days (`basis_days`). 30-365-day windows, Social Blade's own projections and older history are member features and are not in the rows.
- **Instagram:** Social Blade keeps Instagram history for paying members; Instagram rows have profile, engagement and ranks, `history_available: false`.
- **Rankings:** up to 100 rows per list; growth / decline over 1 or 3 days; "bottom" lists are not served to visitors.
- **Rounded subscribers:** YouTube rounds subscriber counts (524M), so daily subscriber gains move in steps.
- **Speed:** 100 full profiles in 29 s; 1,000 in about 8 minutes; 1,000 ranking rows in 14 s (measured).
- **Never charged:** creators Social Blade does not have, inputs skipped with a reason, rows removed by your filters, unchanged creators in monitor mode, and anything Social Blade did not answer. Every empty run ends with a status message saying which of these happened.

### ❓ FAQ

#### How many results can Social Blade Scraper return?

As many creators as you give it, plus up to 100 rows per Social Blade ranking and up to 25 per search term. Set `maxItems` to cap a run.

#### Can I monitor creators with Social Blade Scraper on a schedule?

Yes. Turn on **Only new or updated creators**, give the watch list a store name and schedule the actor daily; each run delivers only creators with a new Social Blade day, with `audience_change_since_last_run`.

#### Does Social Blade Scraper need a Social Blade account or API key?

No. It reads the pages Social Blade shows to every visitor, with no login, cookies or API key.

#### Which platforms does Social Blade Scraper cover?

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and Facebook - the platforms socialblade.com has pages for today.

#### How are the YouTube earnings estimated?

#### Can I use Social Blade Scraper with the Apify API or an MCP server?

Yes - through `apify-client` for Python or JavaScript, the REST API, webhooks, or the Apify MCP server for AI agents.

#### Why did Social Blade Scraper return no results?

The status message says why: the creator is not on Social Blade (check the spelling and the platform), your filters removed everything, or in monitor mode nothing changed since the last run. None of these is charged.
