## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Fiverr Scraper — Gigs, Prices, Sellers & Reviews

Scrape Fiverr gigs from keyword searches, category pages, seller profiles and gig URLs: title, starting price, delivery time, rating, review count, seller username, level, country and rating, category, images and badges. Turn on gig pages for the full Basic / Standard / Premium package table, paid extras, description, FAQ, tags, orders in queue and the seller profile (member since, last delivery, response time, languages, skills). Turn on reviews for buyer reviews with order price range, duration and the seller's response.

Built for freelance-market research, competitor pricing, seller lead lists and tracking gigs over time. Plain HTTP requests that read the data Fiverr's own web app uses: no browser, no login, no cookies to maintain. You pay per gig, with no start fee.

### What data does Fiverr Scraper extract?

**Every gig** (from search, category and seller pages):

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `id`, `url`, `slug`, `title` | Fiverr gig id, gig URL, URL slug and gig title ("design a modern minimalist logo ...") |
| `startingPrice`, `currency`, `startingDeliveryDays` | "From" price in US dollars (always USD, whatever currency Fiverr shows your location), delivery days of that package |
| `packagesCount` | Number of packages (1 or 3) |
| `rating`, `reviewCount` | The gig's star rating and number of reviews |
| `sellerUsername`, `sellerDisplayName`, `sellerUrl` | Seller as shown on the card, with the profile link |
| `sellerLevel`, `sellerLevelCode` | "Top Rated", "Level 2", "Level 1" or "New Seller", and Fiverr's code |
| `sellerCountry`, `sellerLanguages` | Seller's country (ISO code) and spoken languages |
| `sellerRating`, `sellerReviewCount` | The seller's overall rating across all gigs |
| `sellerOnline`, `sellerImageUrl` | Online-now flag and profile picture |
| `isPro`, `isFiverrChoice`, `isPromoted` | Fiverr Pro, Fiverr's Choice, shown in an ad slot on the page |
| `offersConsultation`, `hasSubscription`, `hourlyRate` | Video consultation, subscription option, hourly rate in USD when the seller offers one |
| `category`, `subCategory`, `nestedSubCategory`, `categoryPath`, `categoryUrl` | Category names ("Programming & Tech > Website Development > WordPress") and the category page |
| `attributes` | Fiverr's filters for the gig (logo style, file formats, website type, plugins, ...) |
| `imageUrl`, `images`, `videoUrl` | Gallery images and the gig video |
| `position`, `page`, `searchQuery`, `sourceUrl` | Position in the results (for rank tracking), page, search term and the URL it came from |
| `scrapedAt` | Time of collection (UTC) |

**With "Open each gig page"** (always for gig URLs): `packages` (tier, title, description, price, delivery days, revisions, and every feature with included / value), `extras` (paid add-ons with price and extra days), `subscriptionDiscounts`, `description`, `faq`, `tags`, `ordersInQueue`, full `images` / `videos` / `documents`, `ratingBreakdown` (reviews per star), `subRatings` (communication, quality, value for money), `aiReviewSummary` (Fiverr's own review summary), `topReviews` (the 5 reviews Fiverr shows first), `savedCount`, and `seller`: `memberSince`, `lastDelivery`, `responseTimeHours`, `languages` with level, `skills`, `oneLiner`, `description`, `isVerified`, `isHighlyResponsive`, `isOnVacation`, `hourlyRate`, `certifications`, `education`.

**With "Include reviews"**: `reviews` (and `reviewsFetched`), each with `id`, `rating`, `text`, `language`, `date`, `reviewerUsername`, `reviewerCountry`, `reviewerCountryCode`, `isRepeatBuyer`, `isBusinessBuyer`, `reviewerIndustries`, `orderPriceRange` ("$50-$100"), `orderDuration` and `orderDurationDays`, `sellerResponse` and `sellerResponseDate`.

**Seller profile URLs** give all of that seller's gigs, each with a `seller` block from the profile page (member since, response time, languages, skills, certifications, education, gigs count, timezone).

### How to use Fiverr Scraper

1. Type keywords into **Search terms** (`logo design`, `shopify store`, `voice over`), and/or paste Fiverr URLs into **Fiverr URLs**: a search page, a subcategory page such as `https://www.fiverr.com/categories/graphics-design/creative-logo-design`, a gig page or a seller profile.
2. Optionally narrow the results like on Fiverr: **Budget** (min / max price), **Delivery time**, **Seller level**, **Pro services only**, **Sellers online now**, **Seller countries**, **Seller languages**, **Sort by**. Filters apply to every search term and search/category URL.
3. Set **Max gigs**. Turn on **Open each gig page** for packages, description, FAQ and the seller profile, and **Include reviews** for buyer reviews.
4. Click **Start**. Export the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the API.

### How to scrape Fiverr gigs by keyword or category

Put the keyword into **Search terms**, or paste the category page you browse on Fiverr. Each results page holds 48 gig cards and the Actor pages through them until **Max gigs** is reached. A gig that Fiverr shows twice (in an ad slot and in the organic results) is saved once, at its organic position, with `isPromoted: true`. Top-level category hubs such as `/categories/graphics-design` have no gig list; use one of their subcategories.

### How to scrape Fiverr reviews

Turn on **Include reviews** and set **Max reviews per gig**. Reviews come newest first (or in Fiverr's "Most relevant" order) with the order's price range and duration, the reviewer's country and the seller's reply. To get only recent reviews, set **Only reviews newer than** to a date or a period like `7 days`; paging stops as soon as a whole page of reviews is older. Gig URLs work too: paste a gig page to get its packages and reviews.

### Monitor changes on a schedule

Turn on **Only new or changed items** and save the input as a task with a Schedule (Apify Console, Schedules, daily or hourly). Each run remembers what earlier runs of the same search returned and outputs only gigs that are new in the results or whose starting price, rating or review count changed; unchanged gigs are not charged, and their gig pages and reviews are not requested. Output items get `changeType` ("new" or "changed") and, for changed gigs, `previousValues` with the old values. Combine it with **Only reviews newer than: 1 day** to get just the new reviews of gigs that received some. **Max gigs** is then the number of gigs watched each run; use **Monitoring key** to keep several schedules on the same search apart.

### Proxy note: how much does it cost?

Fiverr is protected by PerimeterX (HUMAN), which blocks most scraper traffic after a few dozen requests. The Actor therefore uses Apify's **Unblocker** proxy group by default, which costs about **$0.0015 per request** on your Apify account: one request per 48 gigs of search results, one per gig page, one per 5 reviews. On top of that you pay per result: $0.0012 per gig, $0.0004 per gig page opened, $0.0005 per review. Example: 1,000 gigs from search results cost about $1.20 in results plus about $0.05 in proxy and compute; with gig pages about $1.60 plus about $1.55 in proxy. Datacenter proxy also works for small search runs (it is free on paid Apify plans) until Fiverr starts blocking its IPs; gig pages and reviews need the Unblocker.

### Does it work without login?

Yes. Everything comes from public pages and the JSON endpoint Fiverr's web app uses for reviews. No Fiverr account, cookies or browser needed.

### Can I filter by seller level, country or budget?

Yes, with the same filters as Fiverr's site: budget range, delivery time (24 hours, 3 or 7 days), seller level, Pro services, sellers online now, seller country and seller language. You can also paste a filtered search URL copied from Fiverr; the Actor keeps its filters and adds the ones from the input.

### Integrations and API

Run it from the Apify API, the Python or JavaScript client, Make, Zapier, n8n or any MCP client, and send the dataset to Google Sheets, a webhook or your database.

### Is it legal to scrape Fiverr?

The Actor collects only what Fiverr shows publicly to any visitor without logging in: gig listings, prices, packages, public seller profiles and public buyer reviews (with the reviewer username and country Fiverr displays). It does not log in, does not read messages or orders, and does not collect contact details. Personal data such as names in reviews may still fall under GDPR and similar laws; use the data responsibly and for legitimate purposes, and check Fiverr's terms for your use case.

### Support

# Actor input Schema

## `searchTerms` (type: `array`):

Keywords to search on Fiverr, one per line (e.g. 'logo design', 'wordpress', 'voice over'). Each term is paginated automatically (48 gigs per page).

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Fiverr pages to scrape: search results (https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=seo), subcategory pages (https://www.fiverr.com/categories/graphics-design/creative-logo-design), filtered URLs copied from the site, gig pages (https://www.fiverr.com/<seller>/<gig>) or seller profiles (https://www.fiverr.com/<seller>, gives all of the seller's gigs). Top-level category hubs have no gig list; use a subcategory.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many gigs (across all search terms and URLs). Keeps cost predictable.

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

Only gigs whose starting price is at least this many US dollars (Fiverr's Budget filter). Applied to search terms and to search/category URLs.

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Only gigs whose starting price is at most this many US dollars (Fiverr's Budget filter).

## `deliveryTime` (type: `string`):

Only gigs that deliver within this time (Fiverr's Delivery time filter).

## `sellerLevels` (type: `array`):

Only gigs from sellers with one of these levels (Fiverr's Seller level filter).

## `proOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only Fiverr Pro (vetted) gigs.

## `onlineOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only gigs whose seller is online at the time of the run.

## `sellerCountries` (type: `array`):

Only sellers located in these countries, as two-letter ISO codes (US, GB, DE, IN, PK ...).

## `sellerLanguages` (type: `array`):

Only sellers who speak one of these languages, as two-letter codes (en, de, es, fr, ar ...).

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

Order of the results. Leave empty for Fiverr's default (Relevance on search, Best selling on category pages).

## `includeGigDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Fetch every gig's page for the full package table (Basic/Standard/Premium: price, delivery days, revisions, features), paid extras, description, FAQ, tags, full gallery, orders in queue, star breakdown, 5 top reviews and the seller profile (member since, last delivery, response time, languages, skills). One extra request per gig, charged as a `detail` event. Gig URLs always open the gig page.

## `includeReviews` (type: `boolean`):

Nest the gig's buyer reviews inside each gig: rating, text, date, reviewer username and country, order price range and duration, repeat buyer, seller response. Fiverr serves 5 reviews per request; each review saved is charged as a `review` event.

## `maxReviewsPerGig` (type: `integer`):

Upper limit of nested reviews per gig when Include reviews is on.

## `reviewsSort` (type: `string`):

Newest first, or Fiverr's 'Most relevant' order. 'Only reviews newer than' always uses newest first.

## `reviewsNewerThan` (type: `string`):

Only reviews newer than: a date (YYYY-MM-DD) or a period such as '7 days' or '24 hours'. Reviews are read newest first and paging stops once a whole page is older. Turns on Include reviews.

## `onlyNewOrChanged` (type: `boolean`):

Remember what earlier runs of this search returned and output only new items or items whose price/status changed. Use with a Schedule; unchanged items are not charged. Compared: starting price, rating and review count (a new review raises the count). With this on, Max gigs is the number of gigs checked each run, and gig pages / reviews are only requested for new or changed gigs.

## `monitoringKey` (type: `string`):

Name for this watch, so several schedules on the same search stay separate; defaults to a key derived from the search input.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Fiverr is protected by PerimeterX (HUMAN). Apify's Unblocker proxy group is the default because it is the only route that stays reliable for gig pages and the reviews endpoint. Unblocker costs about $0.0015 per request, billed to your account: one request per 48 gigs of search/category results, one per gig page, one per 5 reviews. Datacenter proxy (free on paid plans) works for small search runs until Fiverr starts blocking its IPs.
