Yes — switch on "Include full job details" and every ad is opened for its complete text, in plain text, HTML or Markdown, plus the employer profile and any contact details in the ad.

**🤔 What is the difference between a salary and a salary estimate?**
Some employers publish a salary; most don't, and StepStone shows its own estimated range instead. You get both, and the `salaryIsEstimate` field always tells you which one you're looking at.
