### Quick start (no coding)

1. Click **Try for free** at the top of this page. A free Apify account is enough – it includes monthly credit.

**Where do the prices come from?** They are crowd-reported by drivers on GasBuddy and read from GasBuddy's public website. This Actor is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by GasBuddy.

**How fresh are the prices?** Each price has its reported time (`…UpdatedAt`). Popular stations update several times a day; quiet ones can be days old – use *Max price age* to keep fresh prices only.

**Why does a city search include nearby towns?** A city search covers its metro area, as on GasBuddy. Use a ZIP code or coordinates for a tighter area.

**Is any personal data collected?** No. Only station data; phone numbers are the stations' business numbers.

**Can I cap what a run costs?** Yes – set *Maximum cost per run* in the run options. The run stops cleanly when the next station would go over it, and you are never charged more.
