## Pricing

from $0.70 / 1,000 jobs

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Job Listings API — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee career sites

**For recruiters, sales-intelligence teams and job-board builders who need open jobs from many companies** without
writing one scraper per ATS. Paste career-site URLs or just company names — the Actor finds which ATS each company
uses and returns every open job in **one unified format**. **$1.00 per 1,000 jobs**, pay only for jobs returned.

- **6 ATS in one Actor**: Greenhouse, Lever (US & EU), Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee
- **Official public job board APIs** — the same feeds companies use to power their own career pages. No login, no proxies, no blocking.
- **Unified fields**: title, department, team, location(s), country, remote / workplace type, employment type, posted date, job & apply URL, **salary when the company publishes it** (Ashby, Lever, Recruitee), plain-text description.
- **Filters**: title keywords, locations, remote only, posted within N days, max jobs per company.
- **$1.00 per 1,000 jobs.** You pay only for jobs returned.

### Input

```json
{
  "companies": ["https://boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb", "lever:palantir", "ashby:ramp", "Notion"],
  "titleKeywords": ["engineer", "data"],
  "locations": ["United States", "Remote"],
  "postedWithinDays": 30
}
```

`companies` accepts:

- a career site URL: `boards.greenhouse.io/<co>`, `job-boards.greenhouse.io/<co>`, `jobs.lever.co/<co>`, `jobs.ashbyhq.com/<co>`, `apply.workable.com/<co>`, `jobs.smartrecruiters.com/<Co>`, `<co>.recruitee.com`
- `ats:slug`, e.g. `greenhouse:stripe`
- a company name, e.g. `Notion` — we try every supported ATS (takes a few more seconds)

### Output (one item per job)

```json
{
  "company": "Ramp", "ats": "ashby", "boardSlug": "ramp", "jobId": "…",
  "title": "Senior Software Engineer, Backend", "department": "Engineering", "team": "Platform",
  "location": "New York, NY", "locations": ["New York, NY", "San Francisco, CA"], "country": "USA", "countryCode": "US",
  "remote": false, "workplaceType": "hybrid", "employmentType": "FULL_TIME", "employmentTypeRaw": "FullTime",
  "postedAt": "2026-10-01T15:04:05Z", "updatedAt": null,
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/…", "applyUrl": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/…/application",
  "salaryMin": 180000, "salaryMax": 250000, "salaryCurrency": "USD", "salaryInterval": "year", "salaryIntervalRaw": "1 YEAR",
  "salaryText": "$180K – $250K", "descriptionText": "…", "descriptionTruncated": false
}
```

Normalized across all ATS: `countryCode` (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2), `employmentType` (`FULL_TIME`, `PART_TIME`, `CONTRACT`,
`TEMPORARY`, `INTERN`, `OTHER`), `workplaceType` (`remote`, `hybrid`, `onsite`), `salaryInterval` (`hour`, `day`, `week`,
`month`, `year`), numeric salaries, trimmed text. The original values are kept in `*Raw` fields and `country`.
When an ATS does not return a company name (Lever, Ashby), `company` is derived from the board name.
Fields an ATS does not provide are `null`. A per-company summary (found / not found, jobs on board, jobs returned)
is saved to the key-value store as `SUMMARY`.

### Pricing

Pay per event: **$0.001 per job returned** ($1.00 per 1,000). Filters are applied before charging.
Set a max charge per run in the run options to cap spend.

### Use cases

- Hiring-signal and sales-intelligence feeds (which companies are hiring for what)
- Job boards and niche job aggregators
- Labour-market and compensation research
- Competitor hiring tracker: run weekly on a fixed company list, filter by `titleKeywords`

### Notes

- Data comes only from public job board APIs that companies publish for their own career pages. No personal data is collected.
- SmartRecruiters does not include descriptions in its list API, so `descriptionText` is empty for SmartRecruiters jobs.
- `descriptionText` and `descriptionHtml` are each cut at 30,000 characters; when that happens the text ends with `…` and `descriptionTruncated` is `true`.
- Not affiliated with any ATS vendor.

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose title contains any of these words, e.g. \['engineer', 'designer'] (case-insensitive). Empty = all jobs.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep jobs whose location or country contains any of these (e.g. 'London', 'Germany', 'US'). Empty = all.

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs marked remote by the ATS (or with 'remote' in the location).

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Plain-text job description (not available for SmartRecruiters).

## `includeDescriptionHtml` (type: `boolean`):

Also return the original HTML description (larger output).
