## Property Finder AE Scraper

Scrapes property listings from [propertyfinder.ae](https://www.propertyfinder.ae) search result pages.

For each start URL the Actor appends `?page=N` and walks the pagination until a page returns no
listings. Listing data is read from the page's `__NEXT_DATA__` JSON payload, so no browser is needed.

The listing-to-record mapping lives in `property_finder_ae_v2.py`, which is also runnable as a
standalone script (writes JSON files locally instead of pushing to a dataset). The Actor entry point

Property Finder search result URLs. Pagination (?page=N) is appended and followed automatically until a page returns no listings.

## `maxPagesPerUrl` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many pages for each start URL. Leave empty to follow pagination to the end.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop the run once this many listings have been scraped in total. Leave empty for no limit.

## `requestDelaySecs` (type: `integer`):

Seconds to wait between page requests. Raise it if the site starts answering with 403.
