## Pricing

from $0.53 / 1,000 pages

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Contact Info Scraper – Emails, Phone Numbers and Social Profiles from Any Website

Give it a list of company websites and get back one clean contact record per company: email addresses, phone numbers, and links to the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, GitHub, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Threads, Snapchat and Reddit profiles. It reads the home page, then the pages where contact details usually live (contact, imprint/Impressum, about, team, support), and merges everything it finds. Each record also includes the company name and postal address when the website publishes them.

### What people use it for

- **Lead generation** – turn a list of domains from a directory, a map search or a trade-show list into emails and phone numbers.
- **CRM enrichment** – fill in missing phone numbers and social profiles for accounts you already have.
- **Outreach and partnerships** – find the right inbox and the company's active social channels in one pass.
- **Market research** – see which companies in a niche are active on which social networks.

### How to use it

1. Paste **websites**: full URLs (`https://example.com`) or bare domains (`example.com`). Duplicates are removed.
2. Set **Max pages per website** (default 5). The home page is read first, then contact-like pages, most useful first.
3. Keep **One record per website** on for a merged row per company, or turn it off for one row per page.
4. Turn on **Use a browser** only for websites built entirely with JavaScript.
5. Run, then export as CSV, Excel or JSON, or read the dataset through the API.

The output uses the same field names as other popular contact scrapers (`emails`, `phones`, `phonesUncertain`, `linkedIns`, `facebooks`, `instagrams`, `twitters`, …), so switching does not break your spreadsheets or integrations.

### Output example

```json
{
  "originalStartUrl": "acmeplumbing.com",
  "domain": "acmeplumbing.com",
  "url": "https://acmeplumbing.com/",
  "companyName": "Acme Plumbing LLC",
  "address": "12 Main St, Austin, TX, 78701, US",
  "emails": ["info@acmeplumbing.com", "office@acmeplumbing.com"],
  "phones": ["+15125550147"],
  "phonesUncertain": ["5125550199"],
  "linkedIns": ["https://www.linkedin.com/company/acme-plumbing"],
  "facebooks": ["https://www.facebook.com/acmeplumbing"],
  "instagrams": ["https://www.instagram.com/acmeplumbing"],
  "twitters": ["https://x.com/acmeplumb"],
  "youtubes": ["https://www.youtube.com/@acmeplumbing"],
  "tiktoks": [],
  "whatsapps": ["https://wa.me/15125550147"],
  "contactPageUrl": "https://acmeplumbing.com/contact-us",
  "pagesScraped": ["https://acmeplumbing.com/", "https://acmeplumbing.com/contact-us", "https://acmeplumbing.com/about"]
}
```

`phones` come from click-to-call links and the site's structured data, so they are reliable. `phonesUncertain` are phone-shaped numbers found in the footer or contact blocks; check them before dialing.

### Pricing

You pay per page read. Websites that cannot be loaded cost nothing.

| Apify plan | Price per 1,000 pages |
|---|---|
| Free | $1.00 |
| Starter | $1.00 |
| Scale | $0.75 |
| Business | $0.53 |
| Enterprise | $0.19–$0.32 |

With the default of 5 pages per website, 1,000 websites cost at most $5 on the Free plan, and less when a site has fewer contact pages. That is about half the per-page price of the most used contact scraper, with no extra charge for proxies. A small fee applies to each run start. Set a maximum cost per run and the scraper stops cleanly at that limit.

### FAQ

**Why did a website return no emails?** Many companies publish only a contact form. The record still lists the phone numbers, social profiles and address that were found.

**Does it guess or verify emails?** No. It returns only addresses published on the website, including ones written as `name [at] domain [dot] com`.

**A website failed to load. Am I charged?** No. It appears in the dataset with an `error` field and costs nothing.

**Is it legal?** It collects contact details that companies publish on their own websites. You are responsible for how you use them, including anti-spam and data protection law (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) in your market.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Company websites to search for contact details: full URLs or bare domains (example.com). One record per website.

## `maxPagesPerDomain` (type: `integer`):

Home page plus the most useful internal pages (contact, imprint, about, team, support), in that order. You pay per page read.

## `mergeContacts` (type: `boolean`):

Merge everything found on a website into one row. Turn off for one row per page.

## `useBrowser` (type: `boolean`):

Opens pages that need JavaScript in a real browser. Slower; same price per page.

```json
{
  "startUrls": [
    "https://basecamp.com",
    "https://www.heise.de"
  ],
  "maxPagesPerDomain": 5,
  "mergeContacts": true,
  "useBrowser": false
