## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## 🛒 AliExpress Scraper - Prices, Sales & Ratings \[NO LOGIN] ✅

> **Search AliExpress by keyword and get product titles, prices, sales counts, ratings, links and images for 23 ship-to countries, 18 currencies and 13 languages.**

### ⚡ Why This Actor?

Atomic actor: input one or more search keywords, get back AliExpress products exactly as they appear in the search results: title, current price, sales count, star rating, product link, main image and listing type (organic, ad or promoted). Choose the ship-to country, the currency and the language of the titles, sort by best match, best selling or price, and filter by a price range. Built for product research, price tracking and dropshipping sourcing at a low price per product. No login, no cookies, no browser.

This is a search results actor. It does NOT open product pages, so it does not return variants, stock, shipping costs, seller details or reviews.

### 🎯 Use Cases

- **Dropshipping product research** - find best-selling products for a niche by sorting on sales and reading the sales count and rating of each listing
- **Price tracking** - run the same keywords on a schedule and compare current prices per ship-to country and currency
- **Competitive monitoring** - see which products and brands rank first for your category keywords and which positions are paid ads
- **Market research** - estimate how crowded a product category is from the number of listings, price spread and sales counts
- **Localization research** - compare the same search in Germany, Brazil, Japan or Saudi Arabia to see local titles, prices and rankings
- **Catalog sourcing** - build a shortlist of candidate products with links and images for your own supplier review
- **Ad placement analysis** - measure how many results are ads or promoted listings for a keyword

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `productId` | string | AliExpress product ID |
| `title` | string | Product title in the chosen language |
| `price` | number | Current price shown in the search results, in `currency` |

| `language` | string | Language code of the title |
| `isRepeat` | boolean | Only present when `includeRepeats` is on |
| `scrapedAt` | string | ISO timestamp |

Example row:

```json
{
  "productId": "3256807042125723",
  "title": "TWS Wireless Bluetooth Headset LED Display Gamer Earbuds with Mic Wireless Headphones Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Earphones X15",
  "price": 1.09,
  "currency": "USD",
  "salesCount": 37692,
  "rating": 4.5,
  "productUrl": "https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256807042125723.html",
  "imageUrl": "https://ae-pic-a1.aliexpress-media.com/kf/S78dfabb1bf044ef48392d1a37aab8a19o.jpg",
  "listingType": "organic",
  "position": 1,
  "page": 1,
  "keyword": "wireless earbuds",
  "shipTo": "US",
  "language": "en_US",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-26T12:34:56.789Z"
}
```

After each keyword the dataset also gets one **KEYWORD_SUMMARY** row: the keyword, the total number of results AliExpress reported, products written, pages fetched and why the keyword stopped (limit reached, end of results, budget reached or free plan). Summary, info and error rows are never charged and carry `charged: false`.

**About prices:** prices are what AliExpress shows for that ship-to country and currency at the moment of the run. They may include limited-time offers or new-buyer deals, so the same product can show a different price on another day or in another country.

**About listing types:** `organic` is a normal search result, `ad` is a paid ad placement, `promoted` is a promoted listing. All of them are returned, because they are all part of what a shopper sees.

### 💰 Pricing

Pay-per-event model on Apify.

| Event | Price |
|---|---|
| Actor start | $0.02 per run |
| Product found (one result row) | $0.00349 ($3.49 per 1,000) |

Summary, info and error rows are free.

NOTE: Free Apify users receive up to 5 results per run. Upgrade to any paid Apify plan to remove this limit. This limit was set by the Actor developer, not by Apify.

See exact per-event pricing on the Actor's Apify page.

### 🆓 Free Plan Limit

NOTE: Free Apify users receive up to 5 results per run. Upgrade to any paid Apify plan to remove this limit. This limit was set by the Actor developer, not by Apify.

The 5 results are counted across the whole run, whatever `maxProductsPerKeyword` says (including `0`). On the free plan only the first keyword is searched. Summary, info and error rows do not count toward the 5.

When a free plan run hits the limit, the run finishes successfully (status `SUCCEEDED`) and the run's status message explains what happened. The results you received are fully usable. Upgrade to any paid Apify plan to remove this limit: https://apify.com/pricing

### ❓ FAQ

**Q: Is this legal?**
A: This Actor wraps a JustOneAPI endpoint that handles the underlying data collection. It returns publicly listed product data only (no buyer, reviewer or seller-person data). Your downstream use of the data is your responsibility - see the full Terms of Service and the Actor-Specific Addendum (Part 4) for details.

**Q: Do I need a JustOneAPI account?**
A: No. UnseenUser holds the JustOneAPI credentials. You only need an Apify account.

**Q: What about AliExpress's anti-scraping enforcement?**
A: AliExpress's Terms of Use restrict systematic retrieval of site content. The data provider handles the data collection and bears the responsibility for its own methods. Your downstream use must comply with AliExpress's Terms of Use.

**Q: What if AliExpress sends a cease-and-desist?**
A: Notify UnseenUser within 48 hours via the Apify profile contact form (apify.com/UnseenUser) and cease using this Actor immediately.

**Q: Can I use this data to train AI?**
A: NO, not without your own licensing. AliExpress's Terms of Use restrict compiling and commercially exploiting site content, and product titles and images belong to the sellers who created them.

**Q: What about minors?**
A: This Actor returns product listings only. It returns no buyer, reviewer or user profiles, so it collects no data about minors. Do not use the results to target products at children in breach of child protection or advertising law. See Part 4 for details.

**Q: Why does a nonsense search still return products?**
A: AliExpress shows its closest matches instead of an empty page. The Actor writes those rows like any other results. Check the `title` field if you need exact matches.

**Q: Why do some products repeat across pages?**
A: AliExpress sometimes shows the same product again on a later page. By default the Actor writes each product once per keyword. Turn on `includeRepeats` if you want every appearance (marked `isRepeat: true`).

**Q: Why are there no variants, stock or shipping costs?**
A: This Actor reads the search results pages only. Those pages show one main price, the sales count and the rating, not the full product page.

**Q: Why does the total number of results often show 60000?**
A: AliExpress often reports exactly 60000 as a display cap, and the reported total can change from page to page. Treat `totalResultsReported` in the summary row as a rough indicator, not an exact count.

**Q: Why is the price different from what I see in my browser?**
A: Prices depend on the ship-to country, currency, active promotions and whether the shopper is a new buyer. Set `shipTo` and `currency` to match your own settings for the closest comparison.

**Q: Why are the United Kingdom, Portugal, Ukraine and Hebrew not available?**
A: They did not return results reliably in our tests, so they are left out until they work.

## Apify Actor - Terms of Service

**Version:** 4.0
**Effective Date:** May 5, 2026

***

### 0. ACCEPTANCE BY USE - IMPORTANT

**Read this section first.**

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and UnseenUser, the Publisher of this Apify actor ("UnseenUser," "the Publisher," "we," "us," "our").

- (a) **Running the Actor** - Initiating any execution of the Actor on the Apify platform
- (b) **Using any output** returned by the Actor for any purpose
- (c) **Continuing to access** the Actor's listing or documentation after these Terms are visible

#### 0.2 Continuing Acceptance

Each time you run the Actor or use its outputs, you reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or any subsequent update, you must stop using the Actor immediately.

#### 0.3 No Anonymous Acceptance

You cannot disclaim acceptance by:

- Failing to read these Terms before running the Actor

### PREAMBLE - UNDERSTANDING THE ARCHITECTURE

Before using the Actor, please understand the technical architecture of the service:

#### The Data Flow

```
You (User) → Apify Platform → Actor (software) → Third-Party API → Source Platform
                                                       ↓
You (User) ← Apify Platform ← Actor (software) ← Third-Party API
```

#### What Each Party Does

- **You (the User):** Run the Actor on the Apify platform with input parameters you choose
- **Apify:** Operates the cloud infrastructure that hosts and executes Actors. Apify is a Czech-incorporated company (Apify Technologies s.r.o.) governed by its own Terms of Service.
- **The Publisher (us):** Publishes software code (the Actor) on Apify's platform. The Actor is a thin wrapper that translates your input into requests to a third-party API and returns the API's responses to you. **The Publisher does not operate scraping infrastructure. The Publisher does not store or retain data returned by the Actor. Because requests are made under the Publisher's provider accounts, copies of results may remain in those accounts as described in the Data Retention section of the Addendum. The Publisher does not access these copies except where needed to troubleshoot a run at the User's request. The Publisher does not see, log, or process the personal data of any individuals returned in the Actor's outputs beyond what is incidental to passing the data through.**
- **Third-Party API Provider:** JustOneAPI (https://justoneapi.com). This is an independent third-party company that operates data infrastructure that retrieves publicly listed product data from source platforms and returns it.
- **Source Platform:** AliExpress (Alibaba Group). This is the platform whose publicly visible data is accessed by the Third-Party API Provider.

#### Why This Matters

Your relationship with the Publisher is that of a **software user** to a **software vendor**. The Publisher has the responsibilities of a software vendor (functional code, accurate documentation) and the limits of one (the Publisher is not responsible for how you use the data you obtain).

***

These Terms operate alongside but do not replace:

- Apify's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (governing your relationship with Apify)
- JustOneAPI Terms of Service (governing the underlying data infrastructure)
- Source Platform terms (AliExpress (Alibaba Group)) governing the public data accessed
- Applicable law in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of data subjects

These Terms incorporate the actor-specific addendum published in each Actor's individual listing ("Addendum"). In the event of a conflict, the more restrictive provision applies.

***

### 1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

#### 1.1 What the Actor Is

The Actor is a software program published on the Apify platform. Each Actor:

- (a) Accepts structured input from you on the Apify platform
- (b) Translates that input into HTTP requests to a third-party API operated by JustOneAPI
- (c) Receives HTTP responses from that third-party API
- (d) Returns the response data to you in a structured format on the Apify platform

The Actor's source code is hosted on Apify's infrastructure. The Actor runs in Apify's cloud, not on the Publisher's servers. The Publisher operates no servers running the Actor.

#### 1.2 What the Actor Is Not

The Actor is **not**:

- (a) A scraping tool - the Publisher does not operate scraping infrastructure, proxies, headless browsers, or fake accounts
- (b) A direct connection to any source platform - connections to source platforms are made by JustOneAPI
- (c) A data storage or data retention service - the Publisher does not maintain a database of any data the Actor returns. Because requests are made under the Publisher's provider accounts, copies of results may remain in those accounts as described in the Data Retention section of the Addendum. The Publisher does not access these copies except where needed to troubleshoot a run at the User's request.
- (d) A licensed access channel to AliExpress (Alibaba Group) or any other source platform
- (e) Affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any source platform

#### 1.3 The Publisher's Limited Role

The Publisher's role is limited to:

- (a) Designing and writing the Actor's source code
- (b) Publishing the Actor on the Apify Store
- (c) Maintaining the Actor (updating it when API providers change schemas)
- (d) Providing documentation and customer support via Apify's contact mechanism

The Publisher is a software vendor, similar to a developer who publishes an app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Publisher is not a data provider, data broker, data processor, or data controller for purposes of GDPR, CCPA, Israel's Privacy Protection Law, or equivalent.

#### 1.4 The Third-Party API Provider's Role

JustOneAPI (https://justoneapi.com) is an independent third-party company. It:

- (a) Operates the data infrastructure that retrieves publicly listed product data from source platforms
- (b) Maintains its own data sources and collection methods
- (c) Provides its own Terms of Service governing its operations
- (d) Is responsible for compliance obligations relating to the data collection itself

The Publisher is a customer of this provider. The Publisher is not its agent, partner, or representative.

### 5. SOURCE PLATFORM TERMS - YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

#### 5.1 Acknowledgment

The Actor accesses publicly visible data on third-party platforms ("Source Platforms") through the Third-Party API Provider (JustOneAPI). Source Platforms include AliExpress (Alibaba Group).

#### 5.2 Your Sole Responsibility

You acknowledge:

- (a) **You are solely responsible for ensuring your downstream use of data obtained through the Actor complies with the Source Platform's Terms of Service**
- (b) The Publisher makes no representation that any specific use is permitted under any Source Platform's terms
- (c) The Third-Party API Provider, not the Publisher, bears responsibility for the lawfulness of the data collection itself
- (d) You should review Source Platform terms before commercial use:
  - AliExpress Terms of Use: https://terms.alicdn.com/legal-agreement/terms/suit_bu1_aliexpress/suit_bu1_aliexpress202204182115_66077.html

***

### 6. DATA PROTECTION - REFLECTING ACTUAL ARCHITECTURE

#### 6.1 Roles Under Privacy Law

For purposes of GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, Israel's Privacy Protection Law (PPL) including Amendment 13, and equivalents:

- **You (the User) are the Data Controller** of any personal data you obtain through the Actor and subsequently process for your own purposes
- **JustOneAPI** is the entity that collects data from source platforms (AliExpress (Alibaba Group)) - it bears the responsibilities of a data processor or controller (depending on context) for the collection itself
- **The Publisher acts solely as a software vendor**, not as a data controller or processor, because the Publisher does not store, retain, or substantively process personal data - the Actor merely passes API responses through. Because requests are made under the Publisher's provider accounts, copies of results may remain in those accounts as described in the Data Retention section of the Addendum. The Publisher does not access these copies except where needed to troubleshoot a run at the User's request.

#### 6.2 No Data Retention by the Publisher

The Publisher confirms:

- (a) The Publisher does not maintain a database of personal data obtained through the Actor. Because requests are made under the Publisher's provider accounts, copies of results may remain in those accounts as described in the Data Retention section of the Addendum. The Publisher does not access these copies except where needed to troubleshoot a run at the User's request.
- (b) The Actor passes data from the Third-Party API directly to you on the Apify platform - data does not flow through the Publisher's infrastructure
- (c) Apify's standard execution and operational logging may include limited information about Actor runs (input parameters, run duration, data volume) - this is governed by Apify's own privacy practices
- (d) The Publisher does not access, view, or analyze your Actor outputs except as needed for technical support if you specifically share them with the Publisher

#### 6.3 Your Obligations as Data Controller

Where your use of the Actor involves processing personal data, you are responsible for:

- (a) Establishing a lawful basis for your processing (consent, legitimate interest with documented balancing test, contract, etc.)
- (b) Providing transparent notice to data subjects as required by applicable law
- (c) Honoring data subject access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability requests
- (d) Implementing appropriate security measures
- (e) Conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments where required
- (f) Appointing a Data Protection Officer if your operations require one
- (g) Registering databases with applicable supervisory authorities
- (h) Honoring opt-out requests for direct marketing
- (i) Cross-border transfer safeguards where data crosses borders

#### 6.4 Israel's Amendment 13 - User Compliance

If your use of the Actor involves Israeli residents' personal data, you must comply with the Privacy Protection Law as amended (Amendment 13, effective August 14, 2025). These obligations are yours as the data controller, not the Publisher's as the software vendor.

#### 6.5 Sensitive Data Targeting Restrictions

You will not use the Actor to specifically target, profile, or build datasets focused on:

- Health or medical conditions
- Religious beliefs
- Political opinions
- Sexual orientation or gender identity
- Genetic or biometric data
- Criminal history
- Children under 16

The Actor's source code, schemas, documentation, and branding are owned by the Publisher. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Actor for permitted purposes during your active subscription/run with Apify.

#### 7.2 Output Data

The Publisher claims no ownership over the public data the Actor returns. Source Platforms may have copyright, database rights, or other rights in their data; data subjects may have copyright in user-generated content. Your use of output data must respect these rights independently.

#### 7.3 Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or reuse the Actor's code in a competing actor.

#### 7.4 Feedback

Feedback you provide may be used by the Publisher to improve products without compensation to you.

### 🛡️ Actor-Specific ToS Addendum - 🛒 AliExpress Product Search

This addendum supplements the Master Terms of Service V4.0. By running this Actor, you accept both the Master ToS and this addendum.

#### A. Architectural Disclosure

This Actor is a software wrapper. It accepts your input parameters, calls 1 JustOneAPI endpoint (/api/aliexpress/search-products/v1), and returns the response data to you on the Apify platform. UnseenUser does not store, log, or substantively process the data returned. Because requests are made under UnseenUser's JustOneAPI account, copies of results may remain in that account as described in the Data Retention section below. UnseenUser does not access these copies except where needed to troubleshoot a run at the User's request. The data flows from JustOneAPI through Apify's runtime directly to you.

JustOneAPI is an independent company. Neither UnseenUser nor JustOneAPI claims any relationship with, authorization from, or endorsement by AliExpress or Alibaba Group.

#### Data Retention

Just One API: Requests are made through the Publisher's Just One API account. Just One API has not published a specific retention period for results linked to that account, so copies may remain in that account under Just One API's own policies. Where technically available, the Publisher can ask Just One API to delete records linked to its account, and will pass on a User's reasonable deletion request relating to that User's runs.

#### B. Nature of Data Returned

This Actor returns: publicly listed AliExpress product data from the search results pages for your keyword, ship-to country, currency and language. Each row contains the product ID, the product title, the current price shown in the search results and its currency, the sales count shown by AliExpress, the average star rating, the product page link, the main product image link, the listing type (organic, ad or promoted), the position and page in the results, and the run parameters (keyword, ship-to country, language, timestamp). One summary row per keyword reports the total number of results AliExpress displayed and why the keyword stopped. The Actor does NOT return buyer names, reviewer names, review text, seller names, seller contact details, store addresses or any other information about individual people. No geolocation, contact or biometric data is returned.

Where the Actor's output includes individual people's names, photos, contact details, or content authored by them, that data constitutes **personal data** subject to GDPR, CCPA, Israeli Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13), and equivalent privacy laws in your downstream processing - but **only in your hands as the data controller**, not in UnseenUser's hands as the software vendor.

In this Actor's normal output that situation is rare: a product title or product image could occasionally show a person (for example a model in a clothing photo) or a seller's own brand name that is also a person's name. Treat such content as personal data in your hands if it occurs.

#### C. Permitted Use Cases

You may use this Actor for the following purposes (non-exhaustive list):

#### D. Specifically Prohibited Uses

In addition to Master ToS Section 4 prohibitions, you may NOT:

- Copy AliExpress product listings (titles, images, prices) in bulk to build a competing marketplace, shop or price-comparison site that substitutes for AliExpress
- Republish seller product images or titles in your own store or ads without the rights holder's permission
- Use the data to find, source or resell counterfeit goods or products that infringe trademarks, designs or patents
- Publish misleading price claims (for example a fake "was" price or "lowest price ever") based on prices that were limited-time or new-buyer deals in one region
- Use sales counts or ratings to create fake reviews, fake sales figures or manipulated rankings on AliExpress or any other marketplace
- Use the ship-to country, currency or results to arrange purchases or shipments that breach sanctions or export controls that apply to you
- Present the data as an official AliExpress or Alibaba Group data feed, or suggest any partnership with them
- Use the Actor to target products at children in breach of child protection, toy safety or advertising law

#### E. Platform Terms of Service Considerations

AliExpress's Terms of Use prohibit the systematic retrieval of site content "to create or compile" collections, "whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices or manual processes", without written permission, and restrict copying site content to run a competing business or otherwise exploit it commercially (AliExpress.com Terms of Use, clause 3.2(a); clause 5.6(h) also protects its directories, databases and listings). Alibaba Group actively enforces its intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting programs. This Actor accesses publicly listed AliExpress data via the data provider named in Section A - that provider bears responsibility for the lawfulness of the data collection. Your downstream use must independently comply with AliExpress's Terms of Use.

If AliExpress issues a cease-and-desist regarding data obtained via this Actor, notify UnseenUser within 48 hours via the Apify profile contact form (apify.com/UnseenUser) and cease your use immediately.

#### F. Prices Are Regional and Point-in-Time

Every price this Actor returns is the price AliExpress showed for one ship-to country, one currency and one moment. In the live tests:

- The same product showed different prices in different currencies and countries (for example one phone case at 5.09 USD with ship-to US and 4.62 EUR with ship-to US)
- Many US results showed a price of 1.09, which looks like a new-buyer or first-order deal rather than the regular price
- The original (pre-discount) price was never available in the search results

You must therefore:

- Not present a returned price as the product's regular, permanent or worldwide price
- Not use a price from one country to make claims to shoppers in another country
- Not build "price drop" or "lowest price" claims for consumers without checking them against the live product page, because consumer protection laws (for example the EU Omnibus Directive on price reductions, the US FTC Guides Against Deceptive Pricing, the Israeli Consumer Protection Law) regulate such claims
- Keep the `scrapedAt`, `shipTo` and `currency` fields with every price you store, so the context is never lost

UnseenUser does not guarantee that a price is still valid after the run, or that a buyer will be charged that price.

#### G. Listing Types and Paid Placement

AliExpress mixes organic results with paid placements. The Actor labels them from the source data:

| `listingType` | Source value | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| `organic` | `natural` | Normal search result |
| `ad` | `ad` | Paid ad placement |
| `promoted` | `gem` | Promoted listing |

In the live test, 44 of 265 results (17%) were ads and 10 (4%) were promoted. The Actor never drops paid rows, because they are part of what a shopper sees. If you report "top products" or "best sellers" to others:

- ✅ "Top 20 results for 'phone case' in Germany, 4 of them ads" - permitted, accurate
- ✅ Filter out `ad` and `promoted` rows yourself when you need organic rankings only - permitted
- ❌ Presenting paid placements as independent rankings or recommendations - misleading
- ❌ Calling a position "rank #1 on AliExpress" when it was an ad slot - misleading

#### H. Product Images, Titles and Brand IP

Product images and titles are created by sellers and may be protected by copyright. Many listings also use brand names and trademarks (for example "iPhone", "Samsung Galaxy", "Hello Kitty" appeared in the test results), and some may be unauthorized or counterfeit goods. The appearance of a brand name in a title does not mean the product is genuine or licensed.

You may:

- **Analyze** titles, prices and images for research (typically lawful)
- **Link** to the product page using `productUrl`
- **Show images internally** for your own sourcing review

You may NOT:

- **Republish images or titles** in your own store, ads or catalog without the rights holder's permission
- **Use listings that show third-party brands** as proof that you may sell those brands
- **Source or resell counterfeit goods** found through this Actor (trademark and customs laws in the EU, US, Israel and most countries impose seizure, damages and criminal penalties)
- **Train AI image or text models** on the images and titles without proper licensing - AliExpress's Terms of Use restrict compiling and commercially exploiting site content, and sellers own their content

If a rights holder contacts you about content you obtained through this Actor, handle it yourself as the data controller and content user; UnseenUser does not host the content.

#### I. Search Result Reliability

This Actor returns what AliExpress returned at the moment of the run. Known limits from the live tests:

- **Closest matches, not exact matches:** a nonsense keyword ("zxqvbnmlkjqwpo asdfghqwe") still returned 9 unrelated products. Check titles before treating results as relevant
- **Reported totals are not real counts:** `totalResultsReported` was often exactly 60000 (a display cap) and changed between pages of the same search (11662 on page 1, 4994 on page 2, 45716 on page 60)
- **Repeats:** a few products appear again on later pages. By default they are written once per keyword
- **Page size:** usually 20 products, sometimes 17-19
- **Temporary failures:** AliExpress sometimes refuses a request. The Actor retries, and if a keyword still fails it writes one uncharged SOURCE_UNAVAILABLE row and continues
- **Countries and languages:** only the 23 countries, 18 currencies and 13 languages that returned results reliably are offered; others (UK, Portugal, Ukraine, Hebrew) are left out
- **Rankings change:** order, prices and sales counts change during the day and between runs

| Use | Status |
|---|---|
| Comparing your own keywords weekly for internal research | ✅ Permitted |
| Building a sourcing shortlist from the top results | ✅ Permitted |
| Citing sales counts as approximate popularity signals | ✅ Permitted, with the run date |
| Publishing sales counts or totals as audited market figures | ❌ Misleading - the source does not guarantee them |
| Mirroring AliExpress's full catalog for resale | ❌ Prohibited - see Sections D and E |

#### J. Seller and Buyer Data Not Collected

This Actor is deliberately limited to product listing data:

- It does not call any product detail, seller, store or reviews endpoint
- It returns no buyer, reviewer or seller names, no contact details, no store addresses and no review text
- A personal-field scan of all live test responses found no personal data

You may NOT use the Actor's output as a starting point to:

- Identify, contact or profile individual sellers or buyers
- Combine product rows with other sources to build profiles of the people behind stores
- Send unsolicited marketing to sellers found through product links (Master ToS Section 4.4 applies, including Israeli Anti-Spam Law)

If you need seller or review data, this Actor is not the right tool, and any such collection would need its own lawful basis and review.
