Pull recent **SEC 8-K filings** (Current Reports) by stock ticker. One clean row per filing — ticker, company, filing date, accession number, parsed **8-K Item numbers** (1.01, 5.02, 8.01, ...), and a brief summary of items reported.

Built for **traders, fund analysts, journalists, M&A watchers** who want a flat JSON/CSV feed of material corporate events without writing the EDGAR XML pipeline themselves.

Pairs cleanly with our **SEC Form 4 Insider Trades** actor — same source, different lens.
